The best place to stay in firenzee

great place! it's a super small place so it's really easy to meet people -- especially with the free wine parties every night. location was a 15 minute walk or so from all the attractions. staff is exceptional -- they gave me lots of tips on what to see & the prices of everything. super helpful. the place was clean also, including bathrooms. i would absolutely recommend to a friend staying in florence.

This is the best hostel I have stayed at in all of Italy! It was amazing! The atmosphere was great, it was easy to meet people and the staff was really friendly! Everything was clean and a small breakfast was even included! I loved Dany House!

We had THE BEST time in Florence out of all our travels in Italy, all thanks to Dany House. Jonathon and Clifford were the most hospitable staff/family members we have ever met and would come back to Florence just to see them!

DanyHouse has the nicest, most hospitable staff. Jonathan and Clifford are the best! The detailed briefing of what to do and where all the sights/districts are located was great. Every night at around 9 everyone gets together to share travel stories over wine. Had a great time and met some amazing people. The facilities are very clean. The hostel is a 20 min walk from the Duomo. Highly recommend DanyHouse.

Best hostel ever! Everyone is soooo nice, helpful and friendly. It really is like a family, if im ever back in florence thats the place im staying at!

What a great hostel. Jonathan (the owner) was sooo friendly and welcoming. Clifford (the #1 employee) was a super helpful, awesome dude. The hostel has a very relaxed, social vibe. I experienced it as being very clean. Perhaps not the easiest hostel to actually locate, but I would say that has is due do with Firenze's street system (which is acceptable since the city is so old).

Very clean, nice staff and organization. A bit troublesome with only two bathrooms and no kitchen

WE LOVE DANY HOUSE! It was like our home in Florence. I would go back here every time I'm in Florence. I met really awesome people and new friends here. First impression was feeling very welcomed, getting helped with our luggage, cheese puffs, and wine. FREE snacks and red wine at 9pm every night. They encouraged people to come back to hang out and get to know the people at the hostel. We were in the room with ensuite bathroom so there wasn't a lot of waiting like the other rooms. COME HERE!

I loved Danyhouse. Everyone was very welcoming, it was very clean, there was free wifi, free breakfast, and free wine in the evenings. I had a great time.

this place is great, great atmosphere, great staff, great people. the only problem was the fact that there was just one bathroom but that's just being picky. also the free wine and nibbles every night deserves a mention. would definitely recommend this to any young people looking for somewhere cheap to stay in Florence

the bathroom does not very clean. The staff were very nice The house is old but the atmosphere is fantastic.

Jonathan at DanyHouse was simply awesome! He not only made me feel extremely welcome when I arrived in Florence but also gave me a local's perspective on what to see in Florence. This was something missing in other hostels. Location is great and so is the atmosphere. Just one small suggestion - if possible, please get lockers which hostellers can use to store their valuables. A brilliant experience and a must recommend to all my friends and family!!! Keep up the great work! Cheers :)

Jonathan and Clifford r awesome, i felt like home, the cleanliness is very good. I love this hostel because the staff care of and r so friendly....

Defects: 1) In a bigger room, it's 10 persons to share a bathroom, unfortunately, I had diarrhea in Firenze, which killed me; 2) 18 - 25min walk to Train Station and main scenic spots, depending on your energy and walking speed, but I underestimate this defect because now I understand in a journey, actually everyday my physical energy is exhausted; 3) No place to hang washed clothes, if you want to wash. Good points: 1) Awesome atmosphere!!!!! 2) Great breakfast, red wine & snacks!

Amazingly friendly and welcoming place. Great atmosphere for meeting people. All of the staff is super friendly and inviting. Delicious free wine served every night.

Amazing hostel, excellent, well-informed staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Complimentary wine at night was def a plus. The only downsides of this hostel were no lockers and the toilet and shower were in the same room. Only one for 11 beds. But honestly the staff made it worth the stay! Would definitely return

Amazing stay at this hostel. Love the way they know everybody bye there first name. Do yourself a favour and stay here if you can!!

Hostel was easy to find and not a long walk from the city. The welcome drink and chips was lovely.
