The Dany House is probably the best and most welcoming hostel I've ever stayed in! The staff is incredibly friendly and you will receive a free map and any explanation you would want about anything in Florence. There is a decent breakfast for 1 euro (cereal, coffee, tea, juice, croissant, etc) and free wine and snacks at 9pm which really brings everyone together. As a solo female traveler, this was perfect because it was easy to make friends and meet people.

Amazing!! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Florence, it was like a home away from home, I miss it and the incredible staff already!

Warmly welcomed by the staff there. A great place for the party animals. A bit far from the railway station and the city center if you want to get there on foot.

We really enjoyed our stay, so much so that we extended our stay to a week and a half! Clifford, Jonathans, and Ella were very gracious hosts and made us feel right at home. Met a lot of great people, overall a great place. Only downside was waiting for one of the two bathrooms, but that's a massively minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Go here.

DanyHouse is not your typical hostel - but it was a fantastic stay nonetheless. The location was a little far out but it was still only about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo. Clifford & Jonathan were incredibly gracious and welcoming hosts. They made it really feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend DanyHouse to anyone staying in Florence!

Very nice hostel ! Worth every cent. Incredible atmosphere thanks to the staff. Everything very clean. It's a 15 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk to Florence's heart. Thank you DaniHostel !!!

I've never been in a hostel with such a nice staff. They are really nice, helpful and fun. I stood there for two nights and every night I had a long, nice chatting with the guys from the staff and people staying there. I would recommend for younger people, but open-minded 30`s would also like it. The breakfast was simple but excelent value for money. The location is OK (beautiful neighborhood, but no place to eat at night). It didn't have a locker, but it's a small hostel so no problem.

My stay at Danny House was excellent. The hostel was clean no bed bugs :). The staff was super friendly almost to friendly at some points but the atmosphere was great. At nine they had a social hour or two and free wine was given. The hostel owner Jonathan knew a lot about Florence and was wicked helpful.

The hostel was awesome. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. The atmosphere was great and you got some free food and drinks. The beds and bathrooms were clean. You don't have a locker to store anything however the hostel is very small and safe. Danyhouse was a really good place to stay in Florence :)

DannyHouse is the best hostel I've stayed at in Italy. It's a little far from the train station, but really nothing is too far in Florence. Jonathan, Clifford, and Jonathan really create a great atmosphere. The free wine and snacks every night are great for getting everyone out of their rooms. This hostel just has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Second time was as great (better?) than the first. Thanks, J, J, C and E. ;) If I come back to Firenze for a THIRD time, I'll most likely see you all again!

Best hostel I've ever stayed in! Upon arriving I was greeted by name then given a map of Florence and told everything I needed to know to get the most out of my (unfortunately) short stay. They had a little party in the kitchen that night and ensured everyone met the other travelers staying there. The next morning they provided breakfast for 1 euro and made sure we got a picture together before I left. This is THE place to stay in Florence! :)
