Great atmosphere, really friendly staff, and free wine and snacks every night at 2100. If you stay there you will not regret it. However, keep in mind that they have no kitchen and the common area is very small.

It's a great place to stay, great atmosphere, the hostel is very clean and nice. Also the staff is very friendly, it's the best place to stay if you go to Florence.

DanyHouse was awesome. The only minor mishap was on our part in that we showed up 2 hours before our scheduled time to check in thinking it would be no big deal, no one was there until the agreed time. Stick to your time and you will have no issues. Upon arriving the owner sat down with us and completely marked up a map with all of the best places to visit along with others he recommends. The breakfast is delicious and the wine in the endless, what more can you ask for?

This hostel was very small but great because the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I had a great time in Florence because of Jonathon and Clifford and everyone I met at this hostel! Because it's so small, you will meet everyone staying there and there's a common area where everyone can hang out. I really felt like I could've asked Jonathon for anything that I would need.

It was a pleasure to stay at dany house. When we arrived the staff provided us with a map and good advice about the city. Johnathan and all of the staff made us feel so welcome.

One of the best hostels we have stayed at in Italy. After moving from Plus hostel and florence youth hostel the nights prior, Dany House was the type of hostel we were looking for. Jonathan, the owner was so welcoming and you immediately felt like part of the family. There was a great common room with snacks and drinks each night to encourage people out of their rooms, despite it being winter. Though there were no lockers, the place felt totally secure. Thank you Dany House!

Staff were amazing! Made us all feel very at home. Free wine always helps. I don't normally review hostels but this one was one of my favorites. Not the biggest, but def part of the family.

Staff and location were great. Very clean. Only downside is not a full kitchen. They supply a microwave and fridge, so meal options are limited here if you are trying to eat cheap. Otherwise, would stay again.
