Great value for price. Beautiful riad. Delicious crepe breakfast. Recommend half day guided tour but be wary of been taken at tannery. They insist you first choose everything before giving a price since it's a "package" deal. I ended up succumbing to the saleseman's charm and good looks and foolishly paid more than what I would have paid in Canada. He will tell you the money goes towards healthcare of the workers. 2 days in Fes is more than enough for most people.

Everything ok. Good staff, relax, huge breakfast, good location in la medina. Lovely ryad although some rooms downstairs are very dark but that(s to be expected in Fès.

Staff was incredibly helpful and well spoken. The manager showed us to a really great restaurant (we ate there twice) and organized a private guided tour for us.
Aziz was great - lots of energy and excitement about Fes. I am sure that his plans of expansion will be even better than the original Dar El Yasmine. Great breakfast too.
staff are overworked and sleep in guest recreational areas. ddifficult to smoke after midnight
A good place to stay in Fes, centrally located (8 min walk from the tanneries). Rooms were clean, a bit on the dark side with a slight damp feel, but all in all a good value for money and Mohammed (the manager) is very helpful.
We (group of three guys) had a lovely stay at El Yasmine. The room was clean, air-conditioned and very quiet as the Riad is located in a small street. All the facilities in the bathroom were perfectly working. There are two cosy communal spaces (the ground floor and a big balcony on the top of the building) where we had the occasion to meet the other guests and to chat with the two guys managing the Riad (very friendly and helpful) . The breakfast was delicious and generous.
Good hostel in comparison to other Moroccon hostels ie. clean, good shower. Thought that Mohammed could have being more helpful in giving us information about places to go and that the hostel lacked a good vibe.
Really happy to help; arranging day trips, transfers or guides. Had WiFi. The rooms had locks (although they did change covers and empty bins daily).

i actually stayed in the sister hostel zohor,, i had a lovely time in fez,, the guys who work at the hostel were friendly and helpfull,, i would def stay again
Occasionally things might feel a bit less organized, but it's a city with a relaxed spirit altogether. It's a gorgeous hostel just off the hustle and bustle of the Medina, with minor short-comings here and there that don't really take from the experience.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and organised a great tour of of Fez with Hussan. Breakfasts us going for most of the day too!
Great location, very easy to find. They sent someone to pick us up at the Bou Jloud gate just in case! The room was lovely, was excited to not see any bunk beds for once! Our adjoining bathroom was clean and the entire place was hospitable. Beautiful roof terrace with a nice breeze in summer and free breakfast!
We booked through Dar El Yasmine, but actually stayed in one of their other properties, Dar Tahrya. The hospitality was simply amazing. We enjoyed mint tea when we first checked in. The staff went out of their way to actually show us where to go. The breakfast was phenomenal and they even packed a small breakfast for us when we left. Bushra and Fousia were great! Fousia even did henna for me :) The property itself was very traditional and provides a lovely authentic Moroccan atmosphere.
Stay here! The staff are super friendly, the rooms are huge, with big beds. The rooftop terrace was lovely and breakfast was huge and filling and one less meal to think about. Thanks so much
This is a super nice place, staff is lovely and very helpful, breakfast is great and its in a very central location of the medina (so you wont get lost). You can drink lots of mint tee and its a great place to escape the heat (and the crowds). Highly recommend the Dar El Yasmine!
Very very nice, tasty breakfasts, lovely old-fashioned decor - like beautiful riad, excellent staff - helpful and friendly, great easy-to-find place, cute, relaxing terrace upstairs;)
Wow! What an amazing stay. Absolutely fantastic and hospitable owners. We arrived around 1'oclock in the morning and a receptionist came to the edge of the medina to meet us and bring us to the hostel. Once he heard we were hungry, he took us to a sister hostel where they made is a midnight snack. Absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful throughout stay, lots of extras available for a good price. We left early, and they went out of their way to pack us a breakfast! Hightly reccomend!
I booked for Jasmine, but was moved to Hostel Zahor on arrival. Jasmine is a beautiful hostel with lovely staff. Zahor is nice, but a bit of a let-down after booking (and seeing) Jasmine. Bathrooms and facilities are clean, but the sheets don't seem to be changed between visitors (although this seems common in Moroccan hostels).
