I would strongly recommend staying at this Riad. It is beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style with a pretty roof terrace on top that has stunning views of Fez. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was ample and delicious! Thank you!!!
We had a great time at the dar kenza. having a good breakfast with a nice view on the terrace. we got lots of information and the stuff was very, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location if you want to have a gentle, proper and well-located location.

It is a marvelous and cosy place to be. It is a small palace to stay. The owners and the staf are very kind people.

very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The only "weakness" was the noise from the street, on early morning.
We had a nice stay at Riad Dar Kenza, Najid and his wife were always willing to answer any questions and offer advice, they are charming and pleasant. Riad Dar Kenza is well located, in a quite zone in fes-el bali, only few minutes walk from Batha Fountain. A lovely old riad, formerly a luxury hotel. The room was very clean and confortable. We would highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful time in the Dar Kenza and its very magnificent architecture. Their breakfast alone is wonderful, with tea or coffee and different kinds of jam and delicious bread; it can be enjoyed in the gorgeous living room or upstairs at the generous roof top with a breathtaking view over Fez. With their service comparable to that of a luxury resort, Nagib and his whole lovely family took great care of us; at all times they were eager to explain any Moroccan characteristics. Anna & Niels
We really enjoyed our stay. Their main four rooms have beautiful high ceilings, and made made everything! There was a mess up with the rooms, which just resulted in us staying in an even nicer, bigger room. Location is good - just a short walk away from all the good stuff, but just outside of all the hustle and bustle so you can relax. The staff are amazing, I think we've made some great friends there. They helped us organise taxis to and from the airport and made us an early breakfast.
Excellent! I visited Fez with my girlfriend and the stay in Dar Kenza was beyond my expectations. Najid and his family are really kind and made us feel at home. They have excellent recommendations of places to go and the place itself is a delight. It is absolutely gorgeous and impeccable. Note that there´s another Dar of similar name, but Dar Kenza is the one near the Hotel Batha.
