dorm bathroom had a wierd setup but was clean and had hot showers, no tp though. breakfast was great and staff were very friendly/helpful. they do laundry for 50 dirham. the map they provide is unreadable, but didn't have too much trouble finding my way around anyway.

This hostel is a 2 min walk from Bab Rcif, very well located in the center of Fes. It's a very safe place with a 24 hours reception always available. Staff are friendly and they will give you advice and tips about the city. Chill atmosphere with a nice lounge and a great view of the medina from the terrace. Rooms are clean, with hot shower, towels and AC. It's definetly a great place to stay and value your money. The breakfast is pretty good, and Ben will look after!! thanks Ben!

Absolutely lovely place to stay whilst in Fez located just outside the Medina! Extremely relaxed staff and Ben was really helpful and happy to answer all our questions. Also felt extremely safe and secure, would highly recommend!

Nice place, friendly people ! The situation is very good, close to the enter of the medina. The hostel look like an oriental palace, in the pure ' riad style ' . breakfast is excellent. My room was quite and confortable. And...the staff is great, helpfull, especially Ben and ghita. I will highly recomand this place to friends of mine !

hostel is difficult to find in the medina. we stayed there for 4 nights in the dorm and they didn't change the sheets from the other beds where different guests slept every night... 80 dirhams are way to much for the beds in the dorm. but they have a nice terasse though

At the beginning we had problems with ben (the host). He doesn't seem to be interessted in making the guests feel comfortable. But after a while we accepted his disinteresst in anything but music and got along well with him

Do not recommend this place. Towels are NOT included - charged 15dh each, forced to rent a locker - 35dh. Laundry - 70dh. Ben refused to tell us where to get a cheap meal stating that there was nothing under 90dh available - completely untrue. Ben took us to a local bathhouse (normally cost 10dh)

Ben personally came to the train station to pick us up, which was really nice after an 8 hour train. When we got to the beautiful Riad, our room was not ready for us, and Ben was nice enough to ask another couple to move so we could have their room. Ben was very helpful and always checked to see that my wife and I were finding the places we wanted to see in the city. He also gave us information on a possible trip to the Sahara. Good breakfast also, but internet was spotty in our room.

My friend and I had a great time in Fes staying at this hostelThe hostel was in a great location just outside the medina which made it a lot more relaxed and chilled. The staff were also really nice. Ben who runs the hostel was really friendly. He opened the door for us at 4.30 am (when no other hostel would) and helped us out a great deal in fes. Rooms were really clean with clean bathrooms, breakfast was tasty and the roof terrace was awesome with a great panoramic view of the old city!

The hotel was in a good location in Fez, and the room was nice. However, be aware that the hostel is run by owners in their 20s and it is not 100 per cent professional, or what you would expect from a hostel. We were told to go to another close by hostel for meals and to book tours, and there were no kitchen facilities etc. Breakfast was really nice.

Staff was great, hostel was very beautiful and has an awesome terrace with a view of the city, breakfast was very good. Staff were incredibly accomodating, lots of helpful tips for traveling and visiting other parts of Morocco, anything you need, just ask. Ben, the manager, is also just super cool and fun and very helpful, full of information. Excellent atmosphere and vibe. Overall a great experience, enriched my stay Fez, I´ll definetly stay here again.

The hotel is very good and the price is great! The rooms are big and Ben, the owner, is so friendly that treats its guests as if they were visiting in your home! Ben is a great dj too! You can ask any music, from any part of the world he has! And when we walk in the medina without a guide, he always appeared when we felt a bit lost, like magic! haha Breakfast at is great and the location is perfect! I stayed in a suite on the top floor of the hotel, and the wi-fi barely arrived, but it was good

There is nothing to complain about the facilities or location. When we left he tried to cheat on us and wanted a lot more money. When we started arguing about it he got very agressive. So we payed and left; but had to wait outside. Then he poured a full bucket of dirty water on us out of a window. Apart from that he couldnt help us to find our way through Fez. DO NOT STAY THERE !!!

The Hostel conditions are awesome, the riad is located in the centre of the medina, the rooms are quite comfortable and Ben, the owner, is always willing to help his guests...they advise you how to get other cities, they offer you guided tour of Fez, they say to you the best restaurants and shops where to go and if you do not know how to arrive to the hostel they will pick you up just calling them...Trully recommended if you are in Fez.

Really nice atmosphere. We've been in the delux room and it was really great if we look at the price. The bathroom was almost big as the bedroom. We received the key of our room, so about the security, we give to them an big excellent. The staff was really nice. Nothing to complain.
