The accommodation was in a small road quite far off the main road. I was traveling with one other girl and we felt quite insafe traveling I'm the small roads alone. The place didn't not have any sign boards so had to rely on the local folk to direct us there (who are also after a small tip for doing so). The lady who was there seemed very nice however she didn't speak a word of English. My friend and I were not able to speak Arabic nor French so communication was quite difficult.

We stayed at this hostel in December and the room was cold. The heater didn’t work. The water pressure from the shower was also poor. There was a broken shelf in our room which made the room seem unkept. The owner was friendly and helpful but was only around in the mornings and evenings. The other people who were at the riad, I assume they lived there along with the manager, did not speak English or French, and initially told us we were at the wrong riad which made us worry the whole day.

Most accommodating and friendly, a credit to the hotel industry, and a extremely welcoming on our first trip to Morocco

The taxi arranged by the owners did not show at the airport, and the house did not resemble the photos displayed on the web site.Possibly the pictures were taken after renovation many years ago and not been updated. The breakfast was also very disappointing.

very calm and nice place to relax, typical moroccan house with its courtyard and terrace in a perfect location.

Dar Limoun was in an excellent location, and the room was lovely. Despite its central location it was amazingly quiet. Breakfast was adequate, with plenty of coffee. The staff were mostly charming, although our room was not prepared when we arrived and we had to sit on the terrace for AGES. Also the taxi supposedly booked for us to the airport did not arrive (7.30am!) so we had a panicky run to the main square to find one! Fantastic value for money.

We enjoyed our first visit to Marrakesh so much, and part of that was the warm welcome we received from the manager of Dar Limoun. It was a great place to stay, but could do with air conditioning!! We hope to be back soon!!

The location is just perfect and the place is very quiet. The rooms are basic, there wasn't even the toilet paper. We went in July and the room was extremely HOT!! Also, forget about breakfast any time before 8:30-9:00.

Dar Limoun was one of the highlights of visiting marrakech! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is kept spotlessly clean. The house is in the medina yet it is so blissfully quiet once inside.A good placed to relax after the chaos and noise of the main square and souks.

Very nice place and very close to Jema Fna Sq.

Relativement bien, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Charming riad with central location and lovely staff. Good communication beforehand made our stay easy to plan. The place was spotless with a relaxing roof terrace and great French style breakfast. However, our party had two rooms and I would not recommend going for the twin room, this was the only bedroom on the ground floor and seemed rather damp. Double room however was really nice and would definately recommend a stay at Dar Limoun!

Good location but staff was not the most helpful, they didn't even have free maps to give out. The location is great and the rooms are clean, but not much interaction with the staff or other guests.

Just simply amazing! Just make sure you mark on the map where it is and don't follow children who offer to show you where it is, they will try to mug you!

Great Riad with plenty of character, friendly staff and an ideal location. Really good value at €45 per night although I suggest you book in advance, Highly recommended

Very convenient location, but quiet in the room.Very nice atomosphere. We had a relaxing and pleasant stay there.

Really friendly laid back Riad very good location

We had a great stay at Dar Limoun as we spent a happy week in Marrakech. The location is perfect (although tricky to find initially) and we were very well looked after. This is a beautiful, traditional and peaceful Riad, a great retreat from the bustling souk. Breakfast (OJ, coffee, eggs, bread, jam) was a welcome bonus. The souk and 'Big Square' are a stone's throw away. Organised trips are avaliable through the hostel, they include excursions to the coast, mountains and the desert.

This place is very nice, has a nice character and friendly staff and I would gladly stay there again.

Great hostel, would definitely stay there again. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also good!
