Very friendly staff and good breakfast. We were in a poorly lit room with a lot of noise outside. The area is hectic and on the dodgy side, but 20 minutes walk from the main square. If you want to see how the real inhabitants of Marrakech live and are happy with the noise, this is the est place and it's very good value. If you want a place the place to relax and be quiet, it's not the best.be

This was a complete mess. The owner had double booked our room and when we got there she quickly ushered off to another hostel without even explaining to us what had happened. Right from the beginning we had trouble with this booking and despite emails to Hostelworld before our departure complaining about a problem with our booking nothing was done. Still to now we have not received any communications from Hostelworld. Very poor service.
