Stunning hostel in the middle of the Medina, great place to relax, fantastic staff who made us feel really at home, amazing views from the high terrace, fantastic breakfast...could go on... Well worth a stay!

The road was a little difficult to find when not oriented to the Medina. However, hospitality was fantastic by all of the staff. Location could not be more central in Medina. showers weren't great but at least hot with patience. Otherwise great place to stay

Beautiful riad at a very reasonable price. Owner and staff are super nice and the place is immaculate. Because the riad is located in the center of the madina (and not by the entrance), it has the advantage of being right in the heart of the action and having an absolutely stunning view from the terrace. The disadvantage, though, is that it´s a bit of hike to get from the main gates to the riad, so if you´re only in town for less than 24 hours, this may be a bit of a problem.

Amazing hostel! Great location, vey friendly and welcoming staff, and a gorgeous panoramic view from the terraces on the roof. Also, breakfast in the morning is delicious! Highly recommended for anyone travelling alone or with 1 other person.

The great reviews this place gets are definitely true- amazing very attentative staff, gorgeous house with beautiful views of the medina and set in a central location with easy access to many of the main sites (though difficult to find- but you get the hang of it pretty quickly). Definitely recommended. Also, the breakfasts are legendary. And the rooms are really cozy- all with private (and beautiful) bathrooms.

DAR SIENNA is a very beautiful guesthouse with lovely decorated rooms. The terraces are very nice to look over the medina, to relax and to have the big and good tasty breakfast. And I have to mention the very nice people working there. We had a wonderful stay there and love to come back one day.

Dar Sienna was the best of all the places we stayed in Morocco!! It's a peaceful, calm and quiet escape in the middle of the crazy Medina of Fes - perfect combination! It feels like staying in your own home but with the possibility of meeting nice and interesting people. Ahmed and Sayeed are very nice, friendly and helpful! The breakfast at the terrace with mint tea and lots of good food above the medina was just unbeatable! Highly recommended!

Our stay at Dar Sienna was fantastic! The staff, Ahmed, Sayeed and Sabah were amazing, always so friendly, kind and attentive to our needs. The view was stunning, our room was really clean, the facilities great and the breakfast was delicious. The medina can be quite overwhelming at times but Dar Sienna was a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of the many alleys. We highly recommend staying here, you wont regret it!

A huge thank you to the staff at Dar Sienna - who were exceptional and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. The style and interior of the place are a delight as well, particularly the roof top terrace (and the delicious breakfasts served up there). The only downside I thought was the location - which although is inside the old city, is a bit of a hike from the main entrance (The Blue Gate), and is not such a good place to be walking around late at night.

Homey feeling and best breakfast só far!!!

A small, cozy place with fantastic terrace and very good breakfast. It was good that we were met, as it would have been quite impossible to find the place in Medina. The staff were very friendly and polite, and helped us a lot in navigating around the Medina. the only little thing to improve is the beautiful wall fountain on the second floor, which really makes an annoying leaking-tap-water sound at night. :)

Our experience in Fez, would not be as great as it was, if we couldn't found Dar Sienna, and specially Ahmed and all the staff. Absolutely recommended.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Dar Sienna. Ahmed and the team were so nice and accomodating that they made us feel so at home we hardly even left the beautiful place.. Highly recommend it and will definitely be back !!
