The place is very deep into the city, not a nice neighborhood and the people who is in charge is very dark.

Great location right off the main square. Our room was excellent and much nicer than we had anticipated. The staff were always friendly and for instance brought us tea after we returned from a night. They were as helpful as they could be despite the language. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day.

Wow!! What a shame. I feel sorry for this hostel. It was so big and beautiful inside with great view and roof top. There were no people in there though, now I know why. My wife and I wanted to stay here for a long time, unfortunately the worst case scenario happened. I was there only one night and on the second day my cell phone was stolen. We were very disappointed, packed and left immediately. I got my money back with some arguing with the staff. All I have to same is 'Damn, what a shame!'

The information that you can find on the website, is not true. The hostal was dark, with no internet, no parking and the location is not good, it's in the middle of a streets maze.. in the other extreme of the main square. Arrived for us was difficult, and mostly at night... was very, very scary. Also, the staff (one guy) almost didn´t speak english, he didn't have any map and the directions were very vague... Was too much expensive for the mediocre service. The photo of the room, is not real.

Staff was very friendly and the location is right in the middle of the Medina. Perfect for a few days of exploring/getting lost in the old town.

Excellent welcome from the manager at this beautiful quiet and calm riad. Rooms were in true Moroccan style and were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient and included in the price.

The staff there was very welcoming and helpful in orienting us to the Marrakesh medina. They also arranged a taxi ride back to the airport, which was very useful in achieving a fixed price. The riad was very clean and provided a very comfortable stay.
