The owner of this hostel Darling is just lovely and completely made our stay here. There's a swimming pool, large common areas and huge speakers to play music from your phone through. The hostel is a little bit of a walk from the town centre but it's up on a hill with lovely views and trees everywhere. This is a great place to stay if you want to meet people. Darling is so sweet she dances with the guests and gives everyone a bracelet when you check out. Loved it :)

It was a great place to stay! It was a bit dirty and the beds have not been the most comfortable but the atmosphere is unbelievable!! They have a fire where you can sit down and just realx and the hosts darling and peter are so friendly, lovely and helpful but if you want to you can still go out and have a good time with the Guys there. Definitely a good place to stay!

Nice owner a little bit loopy but whatever, we only stayed a couple of nights wasn't too too bad but the beds were fairly uncomfortable and the security in the dorms is very poor.

The owner and his wife are very kind. She gave us a ride one night. Only downfall was the beds were just mattresses on the ground it's not really a big deal though but if your highmaintence maybe not the best choice

I really enjoyed my stay at Darling viewpoint! Darling was a sweetheart, always smiling and positive. Thank you :)!

Had an absolutely amazing time at this place. The atmosphere truly made it. Most sociable hostel I've been to in two months in Asia helped by the great outside area and camp fire. Also the fact that the beds aren't bunkbeds makes it easier to socialise in the rooms. Don't expect an early night though!

For location and atmosphere this place is perfect. Seriously, incredible view of sunset over the main town, great social vibe all day and especially at night. BUT, if you choose the large dorms... Yuckkkkk. -14 ancient spring mattresses on the ground in a cramped room. Also there was no running water at around 2pm for a couple hours. But what did I really expect for 150 baht? Splurge on a private room, I've heard they are a bit better.

This place made the town of Pai for me, Darling at darling view is one of the most warming loving people i have ever meet. The location is a short walk from the center and its so relaxing. Stay here!!!

A bit out of the center! The room just has some madresses on the flore, found bedbugs, but used my anti bedbug sheet. One small fan in a room for eight people. Darlig was sweet and nice, but watch out and check your change when you pay for something. She cheats you on the change back. Happend with to many and to often for it to be an accident! She lets the people use her big stereo right outside the dormrooms, so not posible to go to bed early if you are tired. The atmosphere was very good!!

I arrived there expecting something gorgeous, since the place ir really overpriced for Thai standards. Down the street you may find bungalows with the same or even higher quality for 1/3 the price. I stayed one night and moved to another place. Darling is a nice person but I don't think the price is worth it to stay there.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful for getting directions around hanoi. I highly recommend splendid Jupiter for your stay in vietnam.

Place is really nice, however few things need to be noted: - it's out of the city center, it's very difficult to find it for first time, especially at night - it might get pretty loud as normally people drink and listen to loud music, sometimes till midnight

Amazing hostel, great vibe, Darling is so caring. Clean, safe, awesome location. The hammocks and the nightly bonfires make it amazing

Was a little daunting see so many mattresses on the floor in the room when I first walked in, but after meeting my roommates everything was great! Great party atmosphere at night (sometimes there is a fire, sometimes not). Pool was awesome (and free!). Even though it was a bit away from the main part of town, the way to/from the town really wasn't that bad. Great value for my money and free bracelet at checkout!

Absolutely LOVED this hostel. The rooms are roomy, clean and good value for money. It's in a great location- just a 10min walk away from town centre and all attractions in Pai are within a short scooter's reach away. The atmosphere is really social and Darling Viewpoint is filled with friendly folk from everywhere. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Pai

Amazing! You see a fantastic sunset every night, cute bungalows with balcony to chill and hammocks! Cheap beers and a short 5 minute walk into town! Darling Ann the owner and Peter are just FANTASTIC. The happiest, kindest little Thai women you will ever meet and will do anything to help you and make your stay better. Would DEFINITELY stay again!!!!

Could be really nice with a bit of organisation-great view and decking area.

Darling is the best lady! A little crazy, but in a great way! Hostel is a short walk from town, beds were mattresses on the floor but that was all part of the atmosphere and very comfortable. A unique hostel experience I am glad I didn't miss out on!

A little bit to walk to, but in a nice place. The common spaces were really nice, and they have a small pool too. The owners were really friendly and helpful. I was staying in a dorm which had no beds at all, only mattresses on the floor and almost no space for the bags. There is a nice atmosphere and they make a fire, play music and have fun at night, which I think is great. But the doors don't close and it was really loud until five or six in the morning, what makes sleep really difficult.
