The location of this hostel is AWESOME! Right in the middle of Florence, a short walk from the Duomo. The small staff (of it seemed like just 2 people) was really nice. It's small (just the third floor of an apartment building), but has everything you need, and is really nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Also, the computers rock.

Probably one of the worst hostels I have stayed at....However the location made up for a lot, right in the centre of town. The rooms were clean, but badly set up, the kitchen was tiny and there was only 1 shower and two toilets (only one of which had a lock) for everyone. However the most annoying thing was that they didnt give you a key for the lockers or the main door and you had to wait for when the staff where around to get your stuff or get in!

This is one of the best hostels that I've ever stayed in. It had a good atmosphere, great price, perfect location for reaching all the major tourist sites in Florence, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again if I return to Florence.

So close to the Duomo, I could see it out of my hostel bedroom window! Staff was very nice and fun, whole facility was very comfortable...wish I could've stayed longer. :)

Staff was helpful when we needed help, but way too often we felt like we were the only ones in the hostel. Maybe more organized social activities among the people there would be nice

PROS: free wifi decent, lockers (which staff let me use after checkout), excellent location just a few min from duomo and train stn, staff very friendly and helpful. CONS: no breakfast, no laundry, kitchen is too small to use comfortably, building is quite old and a bit grubby, quite cramped for space. OVERALL: had everything i needed and was a pleasant stay.

We were having a great time, until my friend woke up covered in bed bugs. The staff tried to convince us it was an allergic reaction, but it wasn't. They let her switch rooms, but they originally wanted her to stay in the same room. We had trouble checking out because they kept charging her the wrong price even though a lower price was written down by her name in plain sight. While the location is great, you're definitely taking a risk with the bed bugs. The internet connection was good.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was really friendly and I loved the old architecture of the rooms with the high ceilings. The location was excellent!

Honestly...kind of a dump. Beds were fine. Kitchen was equipped, but stove was tricky. Bathrooms were clean enough. But the door was always open even when someone wasn't sitting at the desk (and when we had my bags sitting in the hallway, we didn't really appreciate that). You could hear EVERYTHING at night while trying to sleep: staff had TV blaring and conversations could be heard as if we were in the same room. Really needed some sound absorbance or something (carpet the floors?).

Definitely a place to sleep, and it was pretty cheap, but I never felt as though my belonings were safe even in my own room.

Teresa and Claudia are super sweet, nice and helpful. The hostel is perfectly located. A good breakfast is missing. I stayed in the 3-bed female room and it´s very comfortable, with its private bathroom.

Damiano is a very friendly guy and gave me all the tips not just about florence but italy in general as he is Italian and that was really important. Its really close to the roma termini and easy to get there, just some bigger signs in front of the hostel would be nice. I had a very pleasant time in florence.

Would definitely raccomend this to everyone! It has a perfect location and the place itself is awesome and homely. Rooms were clean and wifi for free and really fast! Damiano, Claudia and the whole staff are helpful and easy-going people so that the atmosphere is the best to both socialize and chill out. I really appreciate and enjoy my stay there!
