The hotel definitely needs a face-lift. Good location and staff are being let down by the rather dingy fabric of the building.

Near CNN, The aquarium, coca-cola. Very friendly people. Breakfast was hot biscuits and gravy along with mini danish, bread, single serve oatmeal, ok apples and ok bananas. Coffee, tea, and orange juice. When I went to the computer to print the printer was out of ink. The front desk attendant gave me her e-mail I sent her the document and she printed for me.

Hotel was a great location! But it could use a facelift, rooms were a bit out dated an the staff was average an mildly helpful, the front desk could take some pointers from the housekeeping in proper customer service. I felt the parking fee was a bit over the top at $15 a day... I don't think I'll be staying here again but for the price you really can't beat the location, other than that it was average at best.

I was travelling alone and am new to States. I had travelled to Atlanta to attend a Conference. I found the place very safe and centrally located. The Staff are extremely helpful, courteous and friendly and attended to my needs immediately. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant.
