The location is good considering that your in NYC suburbs. Busses pass all the time to go to NYC near Time square. Althought, the come back is not as convinient. Room are confortable and clean. But there's a lack of character in this hotel. And biggest complain : staff... no service or poor service, and when we complain about a problem with our room's door, they didn't want to fill a complain. I will go back only if I have no other choice.

The room is Union City is kind of a dingy looking area, so if your looking for a good view and feel for NYC, this isn't the place for you. But if your just looking for a nice room to stay in that is reasonably priced and close to the city, then I would definitely recommend this hotel.
