Very disappointing. Arrived at 7pm only to be told my "surname not on their system" and the hotel was fully booked. Fortunately, I had telephoned them in the morning to confirm everything and got name of staff member with whom I spoke. This information I gave to the evening receptionist who, after making calls, from another room, not the front desk, came back and said that she would sort something out. Only being well travelled did I call the hotel in the morning, got me my room.

The cleaners did a great job with my room. I accidentally left chocolate stain on my bed sheet but they replaced it the very next day. There are some nice stores like greggs, Costa, Burger King, M

A good place, new, big rooms, modern and clean. The location on a services site (with food courts) limits the moving range without the car. So recommendable for 2-3 nights to cover the area.

Probably the nicest place we stayed in, super clean and really safe. Staff were really helpful. Arrived late and couldn't get much to eat, as most places we're closing. About a £5 taxi to Wetherby.

Days Inn is in a plain location, and not too close to tourist hotspots, so it doesnt score high on character or fun, but if you want a purely functional stopoff in the area that is comfortable and very clean, helpful friendly staff, pretty secure and reasonably cheap, this is a good choice. I would definitely stay again if I needed to in the area.

Depends on what you are looking for. Thought it was closer to Leeds, but just a short trip to York. Much better to stay here if you have a car.

it was a hotel with an extra bed in the room. i cannot imagine them putting someone else in the room if we wouldn't have booked 4xplaces. it was really nice, thank you.
