This is in general a good place to stay. I especially like the fact that they have free computers you can use to surf the Internet and free phones you can use to make local calls. But there are a few drawbacks though: they do not provide soap; you have to put down a deposit for a blanket; they do not repair things quickly - the TV and the bed railing were broken, when I told the staff that they were broken, they said they would ask the repairman to repair them the next day and they didn't.

I went there 2 years ago and the hostel was very fun, clean and the staff was friendly. Now the service is very poor. Checking is at 3.00pm, if you arrive early you've got to leave the bagage in the main room where everybody can touch it. I remember that they had a particular room for the bagages 2 years ago...where is it? The staff is...not professionnal. We felt like annoying them at any time and they are disorganised. Furthermore there were fleas in the bed! The location is very great.

The dorms are filthy, there is always something broken, if it's not the AC leaking water everywhere wetting our luggage, it's the window in the bathroom,or the paper toilet that's not inserted properly in the dispenser, etc...Some of the staff only speak spanish. THe rooftop has so much potential but is not used. If the bathroom is missing soap, the cleaning crew wont even bother remplacing it. The fridge is too small for a ten-people dorm

There is a fee for EVERYTHING. I cancelled the reservation the day of my arrival after I found the staff to be rude and the facility to be dirty.

This hostels is "Ok" No atmosphere over there and the staff is not really helpful. The cleanliness is okey, but the location is perfect, directly on Ocean Drive.

It is a really nice hostel. It is very clean and new. The location is perfect because you are in front of the beach. Dorms are very good because they are big so you can have your space to put all your belongings. Staff is really nice and they always help you if you need something. Breakfast is included, and you could have it watching the sea in the common room. Totally recomendable.

Hostel has a good location, if you want to party, it's a perfect spot. You shouldn't got there if you want to sleep since you hear music all night which can be very annoying.

The staff was very helpful to deal with our problems. They didn't complain when we had so many requests. The breakfast was just cornflakes, bread, muffin, and the usual morning beverages. You can cook in their small kitchen too. The cleanliness was very good, given that I'm a clean freak. The cleaners clean the rooms and toilets everyday. The heater was a bit smelly though. Location is just in front of the beach and other pubs and clubs if you like it.

Great location, perfect spot for nikki beach, bamboo, mango, clevelander and the beach. not the greatest atmosphere and not the most helpful/friendliest of staff when I have stayed at a hostel. Great lounge area, but I wouldn't be hanging out at the hostel for very long. always felt like we needed to get out of there as soon as we could. kitchen was handy to save on meals in south beach.
