Great location, located directly at Ocean Drive and beach. Great party offers including drinks, but you can also have a pleseant stay without party. Cleanliness is average after all it's a hostel and you get what you pay for but still ok. I would stay there again!

8-bed all-female room (Room #2) was much cleaner and spacious than the mixed-gender 10-bed room that I had stayed in. However, room #2 did not have a heater or air conditioner; that did not matter much. Extra downstairs toilets. Entrance elevator had problems. The location on Ocean Drive puts the hostel in the midst of a crowded, crazy sidewalk, where restaurants have tables on both sides of the sidewalk. An employee did not have a map of the area to give me; however, later I found a free map.

The staff was pretty friendly, though the only one to stand out was the gentleman working the night shift who was quite nice and chatty. The hostel was clean, and the facilities well-kept, though the shower in the female-only dorm didn't quite work properly and was confusing to get going. Didn't like that the doors to the rooms didn't automatically lock and more than once I came back to find the room door unlocked with no one inside. Nice location if you like partying, but quiet enough to sleep.

The facilities were great, especially for the price, however, the friendliness of the staff is severely lacking. They don't say hi when you walk in, shoot, they don't even look at you. Even the guy that seemed to be the manager or owner. The cleaning lady did smile and say hi. I work in hospitality, so this really bothered me. Please share with your employees. I would stay again because the location is great, computer use is great, they hàve cameras in the common areas, which is a plus.

The room was clean, we had our own bathroom in the room, fridge and tv. The beds were comfy, and didnt have that loud plastic sheeting. The location was great for the beach and clubs, however VERY loud outside, very hard to fall asleep before 3am. Late night desk keeper was a bit rude, but early morning person was really sweet. Parking is terrible, so be prepared to pay $15 to valet your car a night, and drive around for 30 minutes trying to find the valet in traffic. OVERALL, nice place!

This hostel has the best location ever! The lobby is beautiful and has a great view on Ocean Drive. The staff is polite and especially Victor makes you feel welcome in a very friendly way. The hostel has a few strict rules which is good, so that it remains relatively quiet. They have a nice bar and great options to go out in groups - and one of the biggest clubs is just around the corner! I met some really nice people from all around the world there.

I really loved the location! Clean facilities, nice atmosphere and helpful staff. The only negative was that the breakfast was so early and so limited. More food and later breakfast and it would be perfect!

Great location, right on ocean drive and within walking distance to all the local sights. Staff wasn't very nice, they did what they had to, nothing more. Printing is very expensive compared to public libraries. Overall a good experience and a great place to meet new people

Would be nice to have some chairs in the rooms. Also clean the bathrooms more often: as a bath or sink.

The location is excellent - right amidst all the South Beach action!! Don't expect anything fantastic though - the bathrooms are pretty ordinary, the kitchen use is limited...but they have wifi, and 2 computers, and one of the best Happy Hours in the area!! The staff at reception were pretty friendly, but the cleaners were quite terse, and they got frustrated when we wanted to use the bathroom at 5:00pmas they wanted to mop the floor.

It\'s a very average hostel compared to others. They are not accomodating. They serve breakfast between 7am and 9am,at a time when most people are sleeping to limit serving breakfast to everyone. They close the kitchen from 11 am to noon and in the evening afte9pm, non one can usue the kitchen. The Ac is turned down so low that you freeze cold at night. Thery tend to forget that people are vactioneing in miami to get warmth not a cold. Do not recommend it.

regulation mad (perhaps just on a power trip) inflexible and bloody-minded staff Deeply lacking that warm, friendly, community hostel feel that one hopes to find

Make better use of the rooftop. I think that fixing it up a bit would make the hostel much more lively.

Breakfast: 2 toasts 1 jelly,1 butter,1 cup of coffe,1 cup of juice, all little. The staff:awful! Except for victor, the rest hell!! Cleanliness: nothing is clean, when you are sleep someone enters the room and put rat poison behind de freeze, no joke, absolute dirty place. Welcome kit?. The lounge area on the rooftop is close,Jacuzzi close.Kitchen close after 9pm. The only good about this place: location, the rest is a cover. no free transport to airport. Recommend south beach hostel by far!!!
