Nice place to stay. Very friendly staff that let me use the phone whenever i needed it and gave me good advice on what to visit. The dorms were not crowded and nice and clean with a good bathroom. The courtyard was nice to sit in and there was a access to a pool down the street. The only thing i can say is it somewhat lacked a social environment to meet people.

We sayed there for 2 nights during December. During this time in Pai, temperatures go very low during night times, so be prepared to freeze a little bit. The showers are also tricky. They are open and build with straws in a tent style, in a way that you shower practically outside with freezing 10oC. Tip: do it in the morning. On the other hand, they had a fire almost every night where you could meet a lot of people trying to get warm. Very nice moment. I would recommend it in summer.
A bit outside the old city. Really cool place to meet people. There is a pool down the street you can use, but you have to pay. It's a cool, fun place, though not especially clean. The dorms were comfortable enough, even though there were no lockers or anything to stow our valuables. Not the best or worst.
Good place. thai staff can sometimes be disorganise. notice in my dorm 4ppl were booked into a room with 3 beds. all in all a good place will def book again here
Adam was extremely helpful and friendly, dorms were okay but a bit small, good atmosphere to meet people as quite busy, not far from everything 10-15 minutes walk.
I really liked this hostel, best I ve stayed in Asia so far. Its really cheap and the toilets are very good. Maybe a bit far from the main party tourist areas, but still walkable. Id advice you to stay here. And Id advice the hostel to change some tables for some couchs, to make it more "living room" than dinning room.
Value can not be beat. 99bht unbelievable. Strong WiFi. Has nice place to lounge and chill. They have a 2nd location down the road. Very swank, pool, pool table, tree house, fire pit.
4 bed fan room was only cleaned when there was a bed vacant and a new arrival expected. The fan was noisy. Wifi didn't reach the top floor where our room was, but in the lounge it was excellent. Food was good, breakfast was okay... Difficult to meet people in the 4 bed dorms and the atmosphere was more hotel than hostel. The hot water in our shower broke but it was fixed as soon as I let them know. Can't complain for £2 a night though! I hope you like geckos! The pool was great too!
Great place to meet fellow travelers and a very helpful staff!
Deejai is great because the atmosphere. Highly recommended for solo travellers and other travellers looking to meet some fellow travellers
Pros: Large common areas with fast wifi, helpful staff. Cons: BEDBUGS. Don't stay here now, it's not worth it!!! Wouldn't refund my money so I switched rooms, but that one had bugs too. STAY AWAY!
It's a very good atmosphere for meeting new people and going out as a group. The bathroom door was a mile out of fitting to the frame flush so it didn't close (awkward in a mixed dorm). No toilet roll in rooms unless you went to ask at reception at which point you'd be advised to use the "bum gun" cleaner. Restaurant staff couldn't grasp the simplest of orders so expect it wrong each time. One of those 'be open minded' hostels where you shouldn't expect much other than your bes and breakfast.
Really great place, I can not add more than other comments. Location could be better but not bad at all. Service and atmosphear very good.
Typical grungy backpacker spot. I stayed here one night and got bitten by bedbugs,\ The bathroom hadn't been cleaned and didn't have toilet paper or towels. Dorms are pretty gross and fans only reach the lower beds. Only one computer works and it's quite crowded so you have to wait in for it. Staff are nice but it takes awhile to get their attention. Food is overpriced. There''s construction going on next door from about 9am into the evening. No locker, luggage room is unsecured.

Nice hostel, good location (quiet) but has a great area to meet other travellers. Very sociable. The bunk beds are a bit rickety, felt sorry for the poor girl sleeping under me! They have just opened a new swimming pool. It's a great area to chill out, have a BBQ, sit around the campfire or laze in a hammock. Rob was very accommodating! Good job!
The location is not the best but its allright. Theres this brand new pool with a lounge where you can also chill at night time. Great for socializing. Loved it!

Great Hostel, quite central! Food is amazing, the Hostelchef drove us to Bars and Clubs in the evening and in the big Common-Room with good atmosphere you feel immediately at home. Rooms are very clean, with own bathroom and a bit Hotel-like ( besides the Bunk-beds) Would stay there again!
Good hostel. Very clean, hot water, good atmosphere. They just opened the new pool and treehouse area which is pretty cool. Although the food and beer is pretty pricey.
Unclean, smelly, and needed to ask staff to clean my room - and that was just after I had checked in!
nice hostel. good to meet people. good to book trips. food ist also nice.beds & barthrooms are more or less like everywhere i've stayed in thailand.
