Good place to meet people, clean rooms, good shower. The staff is always up to help you with any question you have. I would definitely come back!

Good value overall, but there should be regular cleaning service in the private rooms. Also, the wifi doesn't work consistently in the dorm rooms.

This hostel was fantastic to stay in, it had such a great vibe in the communal spaces - love the hammocks out the back. The rooms were limited to a small number of people with ensuites so it didn't ever feel crowded. Great kitchen and bar. I stayed 6 days instead of 2.

Excellent staff, especially the older gentleman. If you need anything, ask him and he will move mountains to help you! The traveler atmosphere is also very strong which makes it easy to meet people and get tips on future plans.

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I did not find the hostel set up in a manner that was conducive to meeting other guests. Room was fine and not too untidy. No toilet paper provided and wifi not accessible in rooms (for me, some people seemed to be able to access it in their rooms!). Super cheap so no real complaints, but likely wouldn't stay there again.

Very clean and the staff was helpful when it regarded directions, printing, and offering a fair price for a ride to the airport. It has a very young feel to it so if you are looking for peace and quiet this may not be the best place for you. Overall, it was a good experience!

Amazing experience at this hostel! People were amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, and the staff were more than helpful in every way they could have been. I recommend it to anyone as a cost effective way to stay in Chiang Mai as well as to experience the backpacking way.

The rooms were quite clean with fantastic bathrooms. The common area is nice and airy, filled with solo travelers looking to meet people. If you arrive at 6:00 am like me, there are places to rest outside while you wait for 14:00 checkin. The people working here are lovely and helpful. I made the mistake of beginning my trip here so each hostel I stayed in afterward felt like a trash can.

I shared bedroom and bathroom with only a few people so it wasn't crowded. I only stayed in my room at night and for some afternoon nap so the lack of in-room facilities didn't bother me. Renting a bike there might not be a good idea as there are not so many to choose from. I cannot use internet in my room but coming at the lobby for it was ok. I ended up staying for 9 nights in total and there was nothing I felt I strongly needed to complain.

Stunning hostel in every sense. Fantastic decor, look and feel to the place. Great dorms, 3 bed ensure with fantastic wet rooms! Food is brilliant and either Thai or western. Staff could not be better. Atmosphere perfect, meet numerous people every day. Awesome advice on where to go, what to do and booked a number of excellent trips for us too. All round top hostel, utterly incredible for the price.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Staff were great and the place is just so comfortable and set up for socializing. Bonus points for treehouse in the backyard. Would stay again in a second.
