"Average" is an overstatement for the Delta Homestay-- even by Indonesian standards. Rooms were very, very tiny and mosquito filled. Breakfast was lacking. There are tons of others options in the area that are a much better value.

i really enjoyed my stay the staff were very kind the rooms basic but clean and the location of delta homestay is great due to the cluster of nice bars and resturants nearby a much better option than staying in the center i would recommened it as a good place to stay in yogyakarta

All was very good. Reception was always available and the small afternoon tea was a finishing touch. One little thing; can somebody fry the roosters from next door?
