location is good, near to tsim sha shui station, but the elevator is small and often long queuing to enter. The facility of room hopefully can be renovated. Value for money is good, you got what you paid for. The staffs are friendly, helping a lot when you need to get some informations.

I stayed in Ashoka Hostel, not in Delta. The owners are the same, but I´m not sure if I payed for Delta (more expensive) and stayed in Ashoka (cheaper). Anyway it was good.

I love our stay in Delta Hostel HK. The staffs are very friendly and hospitable because they were Filipina Jasmine & Senen. They were both helpful and hard workers. They diligently cleaned bedrooms. But I forgot to claim my refund for the key deposit of HK$100 and my change of $200 from my total payment of $2,200 I gave $2,500. They said they will give it to me with my receipt when I check out but no one was there in the reception at 8am but a man slept there. Pls give my $300 to Jasmine & Senen

Although the elevators are small, the queue is well organized and everyone will have their turn in a couple of minutes. Most of the time there aren't any queues. Only in the evenings. Nonetheless, the best thing is that the security guard at Chungking makes sure everything's orderly.

Even if it was located in a nice area (one block from the Sheraton), a bunch of dodgy looking people idling on the ground floor of the scarily decayed building harassed me to get me to their hostel - there are a lot of them in there. Room was tiny, clean, but the bed was too short (I\'m only 1m67), the toilet and sink were in the shower, and the A/C probably hadn\'t been cleaned in 20 years. Didn\'t sleep. I recommend to stay away from any hostel in that building. Moved to the YMCA the day after.

Ashoka/Delta is a great value in Kowloon. Kowloon is an interesting part of Hong Kong, an area that you will really want to experience. That said, the outstanding thing about this hostel was the personal attention of its director, David. He was very friendly and really wanted things to be right for you. Moreover, he is totally open to listening for suggestion for improvement. That is definitely a great and refreshing attitude in hostel ownership. I highly recommend Ashoka/Delta. Cheers, David!

Delta is located on the 16th floor of Block A of Chungking Mansions, a seedy tenement building that got seared into the consciousness of worldwide cinephiles by Wong Kar Wai\'s Chungking Express, an arthouse favorite that uses the building as a backdrop for part of his story telling. Despite the building\'s seemingly seediness, I found Delta actually honest, well-run, clean, safe and a true bargain for what it offers. I paid HKD320/HKD350 a night when I stayed there.

They should be more friendly with the people, if you ask something to them, it looks like you are bugging them.

The room is really really small and the bathroom too. The entrance to the place is a bit complex as many different kind of people go in and out; therefore, not recommended for girls only. However, the hostel itself is not bad, but it is really just an economic place to stay a night.

While the housekeeping staff were excellent and nice, the hostel, although I would not call in that, was less than inviting. Once you get in building you are surrounded asked ally shady looking people that ask whether you have a people to stay. Oh, before I forgot, the hostel will send you an email beforehand telling you not to trust those people. The hostel is located in Chungking Mansion on the 13 and 16 floors. You check on the 13 but stay on the 16. Two elevators that work on even & odd .

This hostel is in a good location, the staff were nice and security within the hostel itself is very good. The ground floor is a bit crazy but adds to the atmosphere of the place. The biggest flaw that we had was the queues to use the lift. Sometimes you may have to wait up to 10 minutes so you wouldn't want to be in a rush anywhere!

The room is pretty small and it will be out of your imagination. But considering the price, it is acceptable. The receptionist is nice and friendly and he mostly get up at 9. Bathroom is small and simple but cleaning is better than expected. The location is nice for shopping but the building is full of black, somewhat scary. All in all, it is fine.
