I emailed the hotel to confirm booking but they replied that they never got a notification from Hostelworld. They said they were fully booked and instead put us up in a crappy hotel. Not a good experience at all. Hostelworld, I want my money back.

we were transferred to another hotel run by the same management, which is Duta Hotel. everything was fine, well maintained and very cheap. highly recommended.
