this was by far the badest experiance I had since many many years. We ordered a Deluxe Room - in the end we ended up in a Room, third Floor, no Window, extremly bad smeling (they offered we should keep the door open - ha ha ha). Finally we found some cockroaches and at that point we decided to search for another Hotel and moved out at 11:30pm on the same day - so did not stay overnight. If you need I can send you some pictures. Pls. remove this Hote from your List, else I will not recommend you.

No restaurant upstairs, no breakfast included, staff kept trying to sell tours and train tickets despite us telling them a dozen times we weren't interested. You can do much better in Hanoi.

FALSE CLAIMS of a bar, restaurant, breakfast, cafe and free tea & coffee on hostelworld, along with constant 24/7 nagging from staff to go on their tours and buy their overpriced tickets. not recommended.

The location was all good and the rooms were big enough. They got the passports mixed up and were handing us other peoples passports as well as when she looked at mine she said it was not me. At one point my friend asked for his laptop and they handed him mine which I had just handed them. They were also very pushy with us to get us to book everything through them. When we told them we had been to Hou Long Bay they still tried to sell us trips there. Nice enough though.
