The staff at Dempseys were amazing and went to great efforts to ensure we could make the most of our time in Kinsale, while always on hand to offer handy travel advice for further travels.

The heating sysyem doesn't start until 8 pm, and it only works from 8 to 11. Frozen hostel during the day and afternoon.

The heat went out during our stay and there was no hot water. There was no staff/warden on duty to inform of the situation. It was a cold stay.
