It's ok for one who passes Milan in one day and needs a place to stay for a night. It's very close to the Metro from where you can go fast in every direction, so for that's ok. But to stay there longer, no. There is no lounge... The quarter/neighbourhood where it is located is not nice at all, looks very bad...nothing for lonely girls at night!!! When you wanna stay longer in Milan then I'm sure you'll find better places than this.

Location is awful and rooms are extremely cold. The wifi is shotty at best, and the bathroom reeked of urine before we even came into the room. The sheets were clean but the comforter in one of our rooms had what looked like a blood stain on it. If you're going to stay in Milan for more than one night I would definitely suggest booking a different place, but if you need somewhere cheap for one night then this place would be fine.

The facade was a little bit weird, but the staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, though the room was very simple We had a little problem dealing with the shower, which didn't have a constante temperature, but we found a point in which the variantion between hotter/colder wasn't a big problem and we could take a shower. If your room is cold, don't hesitate to ask the staff for more blankets or to increase the heater temperature. The u-bahn was very close, 10 min to Duomo.

Cold, bloody cold, a very unpleasant shower and very noisy by night cause of tiny walls... The staff speak no Italian and no English, and I couldn't get a receipt for my stay...

Rooms are small, unclean and drafty with little heating source. The staff are not helpful. Overall an extremely unpleasant experience. We disliked the hostel so much, we disliked the city. Word of advice, have low expectations when checking-in, or better yet, don't check in.
