This is by far not a hotel. I had expected more especially with regards to the in room fascilities such as tea/coffee and there was only one power plug in the whole room at the end of the bed. There was no sink in the bathroom (it was at the dressing table in the room instead) which is a minus point for me Other than that, location wise is perfect for a city center recluse. Plenty of restairants and bus stops nearby.
