Property Information:
Desert Nights is a hostel located in the oasis desert town of Huacachina right on the main boulevard, with a beautiful patio overlooking the lagoon and dunes in the backdrop. We have a very popular restaurant with great food, and an in house tour agency for dune buggies and sandboarding.
We offer all dorm-style lodging with very clean rooms and shared bathrooms.
It is a very simple hostel with a familiar atmosphere and friendly staff. Management speaks English.

Good: helpful & friendly staff, comfy beds, good tour agency (the sandboarding & buggy tour was good & reasonably priced). Bad security. Rooms are easily accessed by public. 'Lockers' are infact small safes, good for passports & money but too small for ipad or laptop. They kept our laptop in a 'secure' locked drawer but everytime we gave it to them they did not lock the drawer. They then temporarily misplaced our laptop, to be refound just under the reception desk, not secured.
