The apartment is simply amazing, even it's not in the old town, it's close to Turia's gardens one of the main attractions in Valencia. The metrostation is 2-3 minutes away, so you can reach the apartment from the airport or the bussation with ease. Apartment was as described with fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and seven separate beds so no need to sleep on a couch. At last but not at least the owner was very nice and helpful guy, so a very good place to stay if you are in Valencia.

The apartment is awsome,is not very far to the city center in any case it's near the metro station and a bus stop,from which it's possible to reach fastly the city center and even the seaside. Neighbourhood is alive, the apartment is near markets,shops,places where which is possible to eat but even good bars in which spend friendly nights in company.The landlord is very kind .Unique negative note: the cleaning expenses,even if when you enter the apartment,it is not very clean.

Absolutely brilliant apartment - has everything you need (except a hairdryer, but it's hot and hair dries quickly). In a fabulous location less than 5 minutes from a metro station and the same distance from a bus stop which will take you to the old town or to the beach. Surrounded by lots of bars, bakeries, and cheese and meat shops in a safe location - the apartment security was very good. Very friendly owner who was very accomodating. I would recommend this apartment to everyone - amazing!

This apartment is lovely - in a great location near a lively area and student bars. It is also near the metro with easy access to the city centre and to the beach. The owner was very accommodating. One thing to note is that a 40EUR surcharge was required for cleaning that we weren't aware of before arriving but still great value for money! Highly recommended.
