Blood stain was found on my sheet A capsule hostel with no common area or simple cooking utensils
The rooms need a deep clean - the walls in the shower were covered in a orangey-brown grime ( which i could wipe off with a finger) so shows it is not cleaned properly. The floors weren't particularly clean either.
Doesn't really have any hostel/warm vibe about it, is kind of just beds above a restaurant. But it is secure clean and good for a single night stay etc. Staff weren't very friendly. There was a lift which was great.
The hostel was modern and quirky which I really liked, and really good location 1 minutes walk from the water. The only problem was that the bar and restaurant is open to the general public, which made it really difficult to meet people because you never knew if they were actually staying at the hostel or just stopping for a meal. Maybe it would be different if you are a group but not sure I'd recommend if travelling alone.
Great location and very clean and modern. Down falls no kitchen to cook own meals and it's annoying to climb up to the top bunk if you are short!! Bit weird experience but a clean and happy one :) Friendly staff.
Party Hostel. Located in city center. Nice place to meet travelers. Staff average. Cleanliness average.
Great hostel. The bunk beds were hard to get in and out of, and the lift was broken when we left... The lockers were too small and shower wasn't that clean. Other than that, it was great. Loved the power points in the bunk beds
Lockers on the top level are near impossible to reach. Walls are extremely thin. When drunk people cause quite a ruckus at 3am in the hallways, nothing is done to ask them to leave so that people can actually get some sleep.
I think a few years ago this hostel may have been a very upscale place to stay. But recently they've let the place fall apart. stucco bathrooms, sinks and showers have become grimy and dirty - beyond cleanable. Staff not very helpful, having a "figure it out yourself" approach. Hostel rooms very bare, amplifying any noises made by doors and locks in the rooms. But the beds had good privacy.

the hostel is wonderfully located in the old city, and spotlessly clean. However, the atmosphere is quite sterile, and besides the restaurant, not much space to sit and relax... the small roof terrace offers a great view, but cannot be used because the door does not open from the outside, so you contantly need to monitor it in order to get back into the building. none of the ususally quite appreciated features of a hostel like book exchange, info board, tips what to do locally....

Great privacy in the 'pods', great location. No kitchen facilities but who needs a kitchen when you can get such cheap food throughout Split! Would most definitely return.
Not bad hostel for where it is located but very hard to meet new people
Great security with individual pins for rooms and for the big lockers too, great location too. Funky new hostel, would definitely stay again.
I liked the hostel. But, people need more things, such as towel hangers and lockers are the main. I liked the balconies on different levels, and the location is nice. Staff was friendly, very friendly actually, contrary to the other comments, especially when my girlfriend was ill, they helped us great. Thank you.
Great hostel with fantastic staff! Kristina and Vendy on reception are so lovely and went above and beyond with any queries I had. I'd definitely recommend this place!
Excellent location right off the main strip, really cool hostel with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. No common area due to the bar so it can become a little more expensive than other hostels but overall a fantastic spot!
the beds were super comfy (you had your own litlte 'pod') and i liked the big lockers, staff weren't overly knowledgable about what i needed to know, but it wasn't just a hostel, the staff were for the bar/restaurant and hostel. the only common area was the bar/restaurant area. location was awesome!
I have stayed at over twenty hostels in Europe and this hostel had been the best I ever stayed at. I accidentally discovered this hostel over a year ago and had to come back. Hostel offers great food, spectacular cleanliness, and really convenient location. It may be a bit pricey but it's worth every penny.
I was totaly disapointed w/ this place: in the room you don't have where to hang a towel, the shower is a box ,where u get in and are suppose to bring your shower things and clothes, towel, and they might get all wet, the sink, shower are nasty (the material is not higienic) and nobody cleans the room as they say. I arrived and there was a piece of paper in the bathroom floor wich staied there till my last day, garbage was nos taken out, durty walls, no manteinance.
