This is NOT a hostel. There is NO common room, NO kitchen, NO place to watch TV or even sit and relax. The beds are uncomfortable, and they look as if they could collapse any minute. The place has no character whatsoever and the rooms smell funky. I regret coming to this place, I actually left after one day. Do NOT go to this horrid place, it is not worth your business!

Dexter Hostel is in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and allowed us to store our bags in a locked room (after giving each bag a tag and us the receipt) once we'd checked out. The rooms were clean, as were the bathrooms. The showers were hot and powerful. It's not luxury but if you've stayed in hostels before you wont be in for any surprises. Great value and recommended for those on a budget!
