Not value for money. Pros: good location and close to tram, friendly staff. Cons: tiny and decrepit room, less than satisfactory cleanliness, very basic breakfast, extremely steep and narrow staircase (a major obstacle if you have bulky luggage), inability to pay by credit card, internet in the room virtually non-existent.

Excellent location! Close to Central Station, Dam Square, etc. The room was very small, but nice. Comfortable bed, table & chairs, tv (crappy channels), mini fridge. The free breakfast was quite good.
