I went there with 2 of my friends and stayed at the sunny number 2 room for 4 nights. The location is very good near placa catalunya and very safe.Although the bathrooms weren't very clean (they need renovation) we appreciated that the staff who runs the whole place was very very nice and did everything to make us feel comfortable.I recomend this hostel to anyone who is easygoing. It's NOT for people who want the perfect hotel service. For 8 euros a night the facilities are very good!:)

The location of the hostel was good. Staff was helpful in answering queries. Facilities were ok like the kitchenette, the lounge room and the small dining room. it will be a lot of help if the computers on the third floor lounge can be fixed so you don't have to climb up on the 5th floor to use the computer.

For the price that we paid, everything was great. I didn't expect to have a fridge or computers in the common areas. It was clean, the staff was helpful and the location was relatively close to everything.

Not bad, but not great. The location is relatively far from metro stops, good atmosphere if you're looking for quiet, otherwise so so. For what it's worth, the money was good. I probably won't stay here again though because I think the location could be better. Facilities were clean, security was standard, and so on.

Nice place near many attraction centers. The bed was not comfortable for me but I would not complain for the price. Nice showers.

I stayed 2 nights, the 5th floor was quite dirty (bathroom, the room), while the 3rd floor is much-much better, but WiFi connection did not cover the 3rd floor and - the most horrible thing - bedbugs!!!! (3RD FLOOR, ROOM 8). It is quite a walk from metro. I recommend to choose smth better.

Elevator doesn't work, shower heads are missing, no warm water. Looks dirty, shabby. The room was little, deppressing, wiew to the elevator! The bed wanted to fall apart.

You don't get a key to lock your room unless you have a private. Bring your own sheets because they don't clean them. The showers are awesome though but you can't use the computers or be in the common area (only place you can get wifi) after midnight which is a pain. Overall pretty clean. Staff didn't speak much English only Spanish

the walls of the room were dirty, the living room furniture was bare and dirty and the curtains looked like taken straight out of package, the kitchen utensils/dishes are scarce. The staff was either great (a nice guy) or horrible (a lady who mumbled to herself when asked for advice)

A nice small hostel for those who don't enjoy 24h party people. I was so thankful that I could actually sleep at night. The staff is very friendly and the guests quiet enough.

The whole hostel wasn\'t clean enough, but as we used it just to sleep and cook, and not to spend much time into, it did worth the price we payed.

There are some positive and negative aspects. As positives, there is a kitchen that you can use and cook some staff. The internet connection was good and the hostel is really well-located. But the problem is cleanliness. It is difficult to say that the hostel is really clean. I stayed for 4 nights and I didn't see anyone cleaning even once. Noone took the garbages out (both in the bathroom and in the room) for 4 days. It was really awful. They should care about the cleanliness much more..
