Loc: perhaps the most lively part of Rome, with all kinds of ethnic eateries & stores. I always stay here when in Rome (also because it is close to the university), & never had any security problem. Hostel: no locker and little privacy, be prepared, but people really mind their own business here (not a place for socializing - fine with me). Hence, quiet throughout the night. No aircon (but same as at home for me). Hot water scarce in the afternoon (usual for a hostel). B'fast ok for the price.

Only two bathrooms so there tend to be a queue in the morning which got a bit annoying. One bathroom is a bit dirty with an odd smell and on our first night, there was no hot water so we had a freezing cold shower. Toilet seats needs replacing. Owners slept in the room with us (10 bed dorm was therefore technically 11) Location was 15 minutes away from the station and within walking distance to the colosseum. Pasta was really good and got everyone in the hostel together. No kettle/microwave

This hostel will be great in about 3 months when they are done remodeling. Right now there are still a lot of things getting finished around the building but more importantly there were NO outlets in the rooms or keys for people to get in or out. Great wifi connection though.

Nothing really special to say about this hostel. The location is great, just a few blocks from Rome's main train station and it's a two minute walk to the nearest metro. The staff is friendly. The bathroom in general was subpar but at least it was clean. Room security was poor but they do offer small lockboxes for valuables. Wifi was mediocre but useable. The free dinner they offer is a nice bonus but it's just pasta. You won't regret staying here but it's nothing to write home about.

It was very different from the hostels I'm used to. It's quite small and homey. Only two bathrooms so sometimes you have to wait. The staff is very friendly, brings you drink when you arrive and explains the map of Rome in 30 sec. You can pay two euros for unhealthy breakfast, it's good when you have to hurry and don't have time to find breakfast outside. They have free pasta in the evening and that is a good time for meeting the other guests at the hostel and chat.

Had a nice stay but was woken up earlier than expected by staff but when I checked in the guy said I could check out between 11-3 and the. Was old next morning to wake up at 10

Owners are really nice people but I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a hostel for more than 1 night, bathrooms are not so great, breakfast is not worth the 2 euros at all, everything is all on one floor so if other travelers are chatting or partying you can't really escape it, WiFi is decent and its right by to the Termini Station which is handy.

Only stayed here one night. Free pasta for dinner was good, location is close to termini but a little bit sketchy. We didn't go out at night. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great.

The staff sleep in the room with you and go in and out whenever they please. I had one of them walk in on me changing. Theh don't respect your privacy. The lock out ends at 3 but any time we come back they're cleaning the hostel still, what's the point of locking us out for 4 hours if you aren't doing anything? There's like 5 of them there at a time when the place is already beyond tiny, why do you need 5 staff? Bathrooms smelt like mold, I have bug bites and they ate my food that was labeled.

It gives a nice feel when u stay there, worth for the money you pay, the break fast for 2 euros worth it and have to say abt the pastas it was fantastic for your dinner...overall I really enjoyed my stay and wifi is good and don't have to pay anything extra for it.

Close to train station and attractions. Rooms are very clean and have aircon. Only 2 bathrooms but they are kept very clean. Big enough lockers to fit backpacks in. Breakfast is €2 and you can have as much as you like. Pasta is free every night, very yummy and is a great time to meet new people. The guys who worked there were lovely and very helpful and didn't mind going the extra mile for you. Would defo stay again!

Good free pasta dinner every night, everything is clean, the kitchen is pretty good, and its close to Termini. For the bad, there weren't enough plugs, there was no air conditioning (it was HOT), there was only 1 good shower and 2 bathrooms so you always have to wait, the Termini area isn't a good area so walking at night or early morning is sketchy, and there were no lockers or topsheets

This is with no doubt the best hostel I have ever been. It might not be fancy but the staff are really helpful and friendly! I need to be in Rome every week because of work and I always choose B&B diamond. They cook free pasta for everyone every night :) If you don't feel like partying, that's ok because they have the silent policy after 11PM although everyone is quite respectful. 5mins to metro and 10 mins walking to Termini train station. Great location if you have a flight/train connection.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are very nice and cook pretty great tasting pasta for dinner every night. That being said, the facilities are not that great. You have to hold the shower heads to take a shower and the toilets just look very shady and they leak. The beds are only okay if you're going to knock out after a long day of Rome. Don't expect to get a good night's rest though. All in all, I met some really cool people there and I think the staff made the hostel worthwhile.

Nice and cozy hostel a little bit far from the main attractions, the staff is very friendly and the lunch was delicious also the beber is cheap.

I loved the staff and the atmosphere here. Staff were SUPER nice and very helpful with any concerns me or any of the others in my room had. Very willing to help with suggestions and directions to things. The communal dinners and areas made me feel very comfortable and meet some of the others in the hostel.
