The place itself was quite nice, friendly staff and all that. I only stayed for one night. The downfall for me was that half a day after i left i broke out in bites all over my arms and back and face, so i suspect bed bugs.4 days later and i am still itching. Would like to inform the hostel itself, but i cannot find a direct telephone number anywhere.

Stay was quite nice, but would have been much better had I not been woken up constantly by Bertha and her snoring

Not a party hostel but very good. TV, shower, and bathroom inside the room. Not located in same building as check in but a very easy walk and the staff give good directions. They also give very good and cheap (for venice) places to eat.

The hostel is really close to the buses.

This was really more like a hotel room, with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Very nice if that's what you're looking for, but no common area and absolutely no opportunity to meet other travelers. Our room was in a building a few blocks away from the reception, but was still a great location, only a few minutes walk from the bus and train stations.

The location is strategic; near the Bus and Train station. Peaceful and quiet place to stay, if you want to relax after a day touring. The room was clean but a bit small for two persons. And has no airconditioning, but the electricfan did justice. The staff were informative ( thanks to their cheap resto recommendations ). Overall we were contented and happy with the service.

Internet needs to be available 24hrs for travellers. There is no reason why It should not be. There were no computers available there. Much needed to print travel tickets etc.   Read Owner Comments

the no. 555 is ONLY their reception, although the location is perfect?just face the S. Lucia station by the canal. We stayed at #328 of Santa Croce, which is also in a perfect position, only 2-3 minutes from Piazzale Roma. The room is quite small but with a independent bathroom.

Very hard to find the main office, but once we did, it was a short walk to the actual place we were staying. They dont offer much beyond the rooms, which were very nice at first glance but we had a problem with the toilet backing up into the shower in our first room :-p Then we moved to a much bigger room, but I think we got bedbugs. It was nice to have a small tv and minifridge.

A warning to fellow travellers, we booked a room as we had to add an extra night in Vencie to catch our train and specifically picked this place because of it's location listed as near the railway station. However, the room itself was in a completely different part of the city and required us to carry our luggage to the office and then back across town to the room. If you book a room here be sure to ask where in Venice it will be located!
