the check in office is easy to find, but the rooms are not at the same place with the office, you need to walk for at least 20 min. The rooms are big and nice, but you cannot find any staff there. It is actually an apartment with just rooms.

location is excellent. just right in front of the santa lucia station.free locker to use. Well, except the location and the security, others are just so so.

Once getting your keys you have a 20 min walk to find your building. NO WIFI AT ALL. Room was cold and dull. Shower was awkwardly placed so had to hold the head. Thoroughly uninspiring!

Hostel was below average, unfortunately. Pros: excellent location, large rooms, fridge, kettle and small flickery tv in room. Cons: no common area to meet fellow travellers, no wifi (only lan.. What year are we living in again?), no kitchen, staff spoke poor english.

Comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, great location. Not a real social place as it is without a common room and if people in your room go to bed early you're kind of stuck there in the dark. But the staff was very helpful and everything else was just fine.

We stay in the same place that is shown in the map. Staff very kind. We were 8 people and they put 2 more extra bed in a 6bed room without problems. It is very close to the bus station and the railway station and not very far from the main city highlights.

This was a fine hostel. Nothing exceptional but very convenient. Right near the train station and in Venice that means you can walk to anything. Room was clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not a big deal.

You do have to walk to the "dorm" room, but it's still in the heart of Venice. And the place is better than a hostel room! Couldn't have asked for a better deal.

As everyone says, when I arrived in Venice they moved me to another place, which was very far from the central office. But that wasn't the worst thing: they put me in a 6-bed room, even though I had booked a 4-bed!! Even after I showed the confirmation e-mail from hostelworld, she told me 'I'm sorry, for this price you will stay at a 6-bed'. Simple like that. By far the worst staff of all hostels I've been in. At least, the bathrooms were good and clean..

Great location, very clean and warm reception. The only drawback is internet access, wish they can keep couple of systems to access as sometimes travelers need to make further reservations or need information. But our stay was great and will definitely recommend.

The place where we actually stay was completely different from the map. The room was clean and there were WC & shower space. Shower has quite strong current.

Great site just near railway station and on the grand canal. Clean spacious rooms. towels provided. not much socialising due to no common room.

The hostel is quite comfortably located and, even though I didn't have a view and the mattress was a little bit old, it was great for spending the night and walking around in the city.

No wifi or computers avaiable, also the breakfast is actually a couple of crackers and tea on your room and that's it. Clean and calm place. Really close to the train station, which is very important in Venice.
