The hostel was in the San Marco district and close to many attraction as well as the train station. There was no wifi in our building which was frustrating because as travellers we needed to book future accommodations and check email. Our room was extremely small while other rooms for the same price in our building were large and spacious. There should be a difference in price when rooms are very different. Mosquitoes were in the room and this added to our frustration.

no internet; room is small, especially the wash room, male cannot stand in front of the flushing toilet as the ceiling is inclined; the mattress is uncomfortable; as my hostel is 15 minutes away from its reception, it is terrible for us to move heavy luggage across the bridges;

Nice location to stataion St. Lucia, just in front of the station but you have to walk some more since there's a river between. small, no pubic space but big space in dorm for this price. Just one night stay but had nice talk with other backpackers.

even though the room was not at the same place at the office, it was not that far away and we got super clear description of the way to the room. The room was in a very quiet street and had a bathroom with a shower and a small corner with a table and chairs a fridge and a kettle. Very basic but more than I thought it would be.

Our rooms were close to the water ferries and the Grand Canal. It would have been nice to have a small table in the courtyard to be able to sit and enjoy the nice weather at night, as seating is limited around Venice. However, the two rooms were very clean and safe, so we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a cheaper alternative on Venice!

We enjoyed the pot luck of not knowing, until we got there, where we were going to stay and finding the location was excellent.

It's a nice place with an excellent location 100 mts. far from Saint Marcos square. Unfortunately there is any wi-fi at this location...

A great hostel with the lack of 24 hours internet access being the only downfall. The room is like a hotel with television, fan and snacks! The bed is comfortable and great! So far so good.

You have to pay before you know your location of the actual room !! Unlike normal hostels - no self-catering kitchen.

TV not easy to figure out controls. As a couple, we expected a double bed. Mattresses were too hard. Great to store bags for free.

free snack and coffee, so considerate! Near the main train station and at the side of the great canel, so you could see the canel and Condora from the window, amazing! But the water sound may disturb the sleep, although I really enjoy that. Have to walk a long way to the sights, but it is not big deal, and the walk is great, do not have to buy traffic ticket. The room is really comfortable.

Our room was at Cannaregio 2260 close to supemercato Billa. We had a private bathroom, refrigerator and electric kettle in our room. The room was cleaned daily. In the office you can speak Russian too.

After long time looking for the adress with heavy bags, and after paying for the room, we were informed that our room were on the other side of the town. We asked for the money back but they refused. After long discussion, they gave us a room not so far, but only at 3 PM. We were tired, but had to wait for some hours to have the room.

Had a bit of a walk to find the selected hostel, the office was a bit hidden as well. The location however was great! We would definitely go back!

The room and bathroom were big. There was a fridge, fan and tea kettle. The check in was right next to the train station but rooms were located elsewhere. Other than that nothing to complain about.

That´s amazing location, near to the Central Station and a good, clean and good place to stay. I strongly recommend. The only problem is because they don´t have wifi internet. They have cables that you can put your computer in. But in my case i had my Ipad, it didn´t work. Despite of this, I would consider to come back to this hostel.
