It is a really long walk if the bus doesn't drop you at the door! But you can just call them to pick you up. Otherwise Anascaul was my favorite place of the whole trip around Ireland. The South Pole Pub, Alice, and the music was incredible. The owners of this hostel are so nice and welcoming. Stay here!It is a really long walk if the bus doesn't drop you at the door! We stayed at Dingle Gate during our holidays with two kids.It is a lovely, quiet and clean place with a spacious lounge-kitchen area where people gather at the end of the day to play games, chat and relax. There is a lake, waterfalls and walking paths 10 min drive from the hostel. Brian,on of the staff people, was really kind. The location was a bit poor (we need the car to get to Dingle and to Inch where there is a really nice pub, "Sammy's", on the beach)

This was a quaint hostel. It is in the country, but if you are driving it is really not very far from town too. Also the staff are great and very helpful. This was a quaint hostel.
