I was totally terrifed. What an unprofessional reception over there. I reached at 8 a.m as per the booking but the staff arrongantly behaved and said that the check-in is only after 1 p.m. I also understood the staffs allowed check-ins earlier than 1 p.m for others then what it is other than discrimination?. They also asked me to go away quickly and they felt I was noisy, too insulting.

This hostel is at the end an old italian flat near Termini Station, in via Giolitti, a place with a lot of hostel and B&B. I had the booking by this website and when i arrived a women was in the kitchen and she was surprised for my presence there. I had to said her that i have a booking for two nights and i must pay 30€ (that after were 34 because "its Rome", who understand it?).

The lady who works here can't speak English but she is incredibly nice and very welcoming, she made our stay great. The place is small with only one bathroom but everything is clean and everyone is friendly. Decent breakfast but small kitchen. Absolutely no problems while I stayed here for 4 nights.

Horrible, is only one room for everybody. The whole place is dirty and smells cigarette. Images shown on the site are not the reality of the place. I could not get even five minutes in this place, do not really recommend this place.

When I arrived the hostel was closed! I was not even let in. No one responded to the doorbell, despite the fact that I arrived during the opening hours! Noone bothered to call me or inform about any problems. I had to spent a night on the street.

The worst hostel I've ever seen. We booked it just a few days before the trip, it was Easter and everything else was already full. "Hostel" is just a normal appartment with 3 bed-rooms, really small kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We rented the room which had a bathroom inside, so we were lucky not to share it with 20 other ppl... Breakfast - just a bunch of products from supermarket, tableware not really clean.. oh, and on top of that we found a bed bug in the morning :/ Avoid this place if u can!

This was the worst hostel ever. Never go there!!!! I booked on line bed for 2.5 euro .I know this is extremly cheap but i was thinking, maybe some really hot promotion, anyway when i came they require from me another 8 euro and of course i have to pay because i don't have other place to go ( easy money). I didn't see any bugs but other roommates was sure about existing them.

Hostel? More like Hellhole. Firstly, they are scamartists- they lure people in with low prices then refuse to honour their false prices, leaving them on multiple booking sites for days after. The staff are disgusting (except one guy - Alan?) - they smoke in the hostel, stink of alcohol and threaten hostel clients who question them. One toilet/shower room for fifteen or so people. No lockers. And most importantly....BED BUGS - LOTS, that you can even watch crawl all over your bed during the day.

The bed bugs are a real problem! They were everywhere my wife got bitten a few times, the pharmacy told us to report it the police, if our stay was not so short we would have! I would recomend anyone who stays there to report the infestation.. If the bedbugs were sorted it really would not be a bad guesthouse. Rather spend a few extra euro and stay in a decent place
