The location of the hotel is very convenient and also there is a 24-hour free coffee service which i found it really nice. I should say that the hotel was really clean.

The bathroom wasn't clean: peeling paint and poor finishings. Impossible to open a window in the room and in the bathroom, and there were a light smell. Some stains on the floor. Appart of that, good breakfast but time is time, nothing to eat anymore at 9:31am. Good staff, good location, beds were comfy. A good hotel if you only plan to sleep there are if you're not really concerned about the cleanliness.

The location is excellent for all the sights (though not that close to subway) and has a Whole Foods round the corner, great complimentary breakfast. Staff ok, professional but not friendly. On the negative, surprisingly loud at night and the walls were paper thin. Overall very good value for money on hostelworld price but saw when we arrived that they charge a whole lot more more off the rack.

The location was good but the room and the service was a bit on the average level. The staff was neither horrible nor friendly but kind of neutral. It was for sure not the best hostel i have visited. The only thing i can recommend it for is its location.

We had a nice room, and enjoyed our stay. It was better than expected - certainly for the price we payed and after reading a lot of negative comments online. It was better than the hotel we stayed in while in New York, for which we payed 2.5 times the price we payed here.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't so nice, air-conditioning is noisy BUT it's clean, the bathroom had every convenience and the breakfast is excellent. With the jetlag we were up at 7.00 so we could enjoy muffins, donuts, waffles, croissants, fresh bread, fresh orange juice, coffee etc....To start the day, it's perfect ! But you dont have to come at 9.00, or you wont have much to eat !

As others have noted the lift didn't work, but as we were on the ground floor this was not an issue for us. It is quite centrally located, within easy walking distance of a lot of restaurants and the metro. You can also walk to the mall and back (which we did). The staff were a bit hit and miss with being helpful, but overall it was okay.
