The front gate is never locked, our room was left unlocked every single day after cleaning and you put your own key behind the desk and take it out again because the staff are immovable from the hammocks. The "French Chef Owner" was not there once for our 10 day stay and expect to be asked to vacate the computer / pool / TV room so the locals can use them. Had a great time there, but rooms are very warm as fans don't circulate any cold air. Plus no lockers in room to keep your valuables safe. Fantastic food and staff are friendly and helpful.
