Enjoyed our stay. Great staff and location. Could have been a bit cleaner in the kitchen and the breakfast was a bit lacking. I would stay here again but would look at a few other hostels first.

Really nothing to complain about! It was a perfect place to stay at, the location couldn't be better and the staff were really helpful! It was clean and, keeping the price for the room in mind, the included breakfast was good! I'd really recommend to stay in this place!

I don't necessarily blame the hostel, but the clientele at this hostel was disgusting, and the daily cleaning was not enough to keep up with them. The kitchen was a nightmare, and for the first two days there was not even dish soap - not that many people were looking for it. Also, one of the two toilets on our floor of more that 15 people had a lock that didnt work. Also, the shower nozzle holders in all showers were broken. Location was good, internet mostly worked.

The location was quite good, 5 min walking from old town, and around 15 min from train station. The reception should give more info on the hostel´s facilities (like we should pick up from reception the towels). The duvet was for a single bed, but with no problem we took another one. The ensuite bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast was correct.. 3 computers with internet was a plus.

My stay at this hostel was amazing. The staff was beyond helpful and the facilities were more than I ever expected for a hostel.

Our family stayed at the Dizzy Daisy for 3 nights in a private, 3 bed. The staff (the girls - particularly the blond girl) were great upon our arrival. She could not have been more friendly/helpful - the 1st thing she said is "we don't want you to have to go anywhere else for any info" (the grouchy night shift guy was a different story). The room was fine - very clean and the bathroom sparkled. Breakfast = so so. Couldn't keep up with brewed coffee - maybe a bigger electric pot? Great stay!

Its really a good experience ...Rooms are gud & all facilities are gud..Frontdesk staffs are really helpful irresspective of anytime..Overall my stay at your hostel is superb...& i do also refer my frds for their tour in future. One thing i would like to improvise is ..if you could provide a better breakfast e.g Mueseli & curds...also..that would be gr8. Anyway but i rate my staying at your hostel is 10/10. Keep up ur service & make it improvised day by day.. See u in future. Regards Jyoti

Fantastic staff! All were very serviceminded we got to borrow both a towel and a city map for free! They also helped us to book another hostel in Zakopane (Flamingo), that was just as good. We were also impressed with the breakfast included in the low price, at both hostels. One night we stayed in a hotel (booked by us) and that was a big mistake. We missed the nice atmosphere and friendly, english-speaking staff of the hostels. Next time in Poland we will just look for hostels! They rule!

the free laundry is a big plus. the dorm has only one light, which makes it difficult to sleep when other people come and go at night. The location is fairly good. And the staffs are nice.

Great little hostel, especially for the price! It had everything I needed and was very close to the old town as well as being close to the bus and train station; perfect location. It was basic, but you didn't really need anything more since Krakow is such an amazing place!

Good value for money! Not so many something fun, but room and bathrooms were large and clean enough. So if you want to stay in good location as cheap, here is a good option. Kitchen and common space is a little bit small for the capacity of the hostel.

Good= Free laundry, Cheap and good Breakfast, Nice staff, net on rooms. Not so good= Doors often open (dorm and front doors), rooms not so clean, small common room and too much old people hanging around. It is a cheap hostel, there are some failures but good value for money after all.

I had a pleasant stay. This time I had a bed in the 8-dorm and was there in January, instead of 12-dorm and December. This time I liked it a lot better. You get huge handy lockers, nice clean showers and helpful greeting staff. I believe Kraków has hundreds of hostels but Dizzy Dazzy is one of my favourites, you will be seeing me back lots of times when I return to beautiful Kraków.

Free laundry!! Good amount of clean shower and bathroom facilities. Had to pay for breakfast which was really basic -- better off going someplace else for breakfast. They had a delivery menu if you don't wanna leave to eat. Let you bring alcohol inside. Overall no big complaints!

Should enfatise more on their cleaning. Floors and shower were kind of dirty.
