A wonderful surprise - a private 2 bedroom room, with a hallway bathroom. Very comfortable and much needed for us in our trip. The common room was nice, although we ran into a couple of rowdy Spaniards who we could hear from our room. The staff was very helpful and one receptionist even was nice enough to help me do my laundry in the evening. Plus a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town.

We were a group that rented the apartment and were pleasantly surprised! It was a huge space with a very nice private kitchen and washroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the hostel tried to cheat us with the price as we arrived; they are members of the Hostelling International organisation but refused to give us the membership discount when we showed our membership cards cos we arrived with hostelworld reservations. after much discussion and us insisting a lot, they finally gave us the discount as members. this hostel should not be in hostelworld or hostelling international organisation if they dont want to follow the rules of their own costumer providers.

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, where other were none of those.

We absolutely enjoyed the Dizzy Daisy Hostel. It is situated next to the Stare Miasto and the Main Station is about 10 minutes by walk. The week when we stayed there was a bit cold (although it was in April), warm clothes needed. The staff was very kind and helpful, moreover there was a 24h service.
