Great staff, wish the wifi would reach the rooms.

For the price, the location is good. You can easily walk or get tram 17 to Charles Bridge. You can check in late as there is 24 hour reception which also means you leave the keys with them when you go out during the day or night. The staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were good. But because of the hot weather there were lots of mosquitos which couldn't really be helped. Thank you for a great stay!

it would be better to have more common spaces to share, the kitchen is a bit small.. maybe adding some couchs you can get it

A very average hostel. Don't expect to meet a lot of people. Mostly just a place to sleep and that's all. Not terrible just not one of the better ones.

ok hostel, relatively close to the old town, and relatively good atmosphere. my friend got upset because the kitchen was extremely dirty, she ended up cleaning it herself because she couldn't take it. note that the checkout time is at 10 am, a bit too early for tired backpackers..

Although the website advertises that this hostel has free wifi, there isn't anywhere to really use it apart from the over-crowded and very small common area and small reception. The staff on the reception were very rude and didn't seem very helpful.

Free coffee and tea services!! Clean galley kitchen, comfy beds, nice showers! A little out of the ways, and not a lot of places to buy food, but helpful and charming staff.

Great location, price, staff, etc. Not a good space for meeting people.

No wifi in room. The room need some ventilation during hot summer either natural or mechanical. By opening the window for natural ventilation at night, the rooms catches a lot of mosquitoes, or it will be too stuffy and hot at night.

At first this hostel seemed really nice, we were given a three bed dorm, which was nice. However we soon started to find the staff were rude. Whenever asked a simple enquiry they were not helpful at all and even at some points ignored us. On our second night after coming home from a night out, we found my friends bed covered in ants, meaning she was unable to sleep in it. We went downstairs to tell the staff and they said she'd be fine sleeping in it and that it happens all the time, disgusting!

The reception was crowded when we arrived after a long day of traveling this was not a great experience. The rooms are very small and not very clean. The info on the website did not state that towels were not included and we found that out way to late.
