perfect location if you're taking public transport around the city or arriving/departing from westbahnhof; stayed in a 6-bed mixed dorm, liked the free towel, soap in the bathroom (rarely saw that in a hostel) and big lockers; place seemed pretty quiet as compared to other hostels i've been, room wasn't air-conditioned but with the windows open it was ok only stayed for one night and actually didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so don't have much more to say; would definitely stay again

Really nice rooms, great facilities particularly the kitchen, really close to the Westbahnhof. Would definitely stay here again!

Only stayed here one night. The room was a nice size, very clean, close to the train station.

Very nice hostel, although the common areas like the kitchen and bathroom were NOT very clean at all. They were actually kind of disgusting. But of course this is not the hostels fault, but the people living there. The hostel staff was very nice and accommodating though! They even have free baggage storage, which is really nice. Only minus, besides the dirty kitchen, is that the bed was so soft i strained my back sleeping on it the first night, and spend the rest of the nights on the floor.

WiFi did not reach our room, only real complaint

We had a good stay at the hostel. Its location is perfect if you arrive by train and want to stay in a calmer district of the city. The staff is really nice and helpful, the room is cozy with comfortable beds. The whole hostel was very clean and felt safe but you need your own lock for the lockers. We stayed just one night so we didn't test out the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. You get a great value for a rather low price. I definitely recommend staying at this hostel.

Fantastic kitchen and dining area, comfy beds, and a helpful staff. About a 40 minute walk to the museum quarter, but pretty good location.

Nice hostel with nice staff. The location is alright, but a bit of a trek from the main sights.

The rooms and facilities were clean, but rooms were very small and the fan was broken so it became extremely hot which was uncomfortable to sleep at night. Kitchen facilities were also good and we were able to cook our own meal; however cleaning staff in the kitchen were rude at lunchtime when asking us to leave.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Do Step Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was very clean. It was very conveniently located near the Westbahnhof and still felt very safe and secure.

This hostel was more like a hotel. It was clean and it was nice to have a bathroom in the room. There is also a small bar and restaurant in the lobby. If you are looking for a hostel that makes it easy to meet people while you travel, this is not going to be your best bet because of how isolating the rooms are and there isn't really a central place for people to commune. The location of the hostel isn't the worst. It's pretty far from the city center, but close to the Westbahnhof and metro.

We had a great time. Tram station is less than a 5 minute walk. Everything else is within walking distance. Lots to do near by.

Perfect location near Westbahnof (central station for metro, busses, trams, local and regional trains) in a typical wiennese builing. Staff was very kind and willing to help. Great relaxing atmosphere in a quiet place. Would reccomend to anyone.

The staff who manned the front desk were lovely, but unfortunately the rooms weren't fantastic. When we got to the hostel one of the beds has already been slept in and was drenched in sweat and later when making the beds we found the remnants of bodily fluids on our sheets (however this may be because we were in couples rooms). The after ten rule was also not strictly enforced as there was a lot of shouting on the second night and the walls were quite thin. Although they had a good communal area

Really nice hostel having all the needs covered very well. Staff was polite and bedrooms/restrooms clean! Will definitely stay there one more time.

Very good location (just a few minutes from/to Westbahnhof station), kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, ... just everything was OK. I highly recommend Do Step Inn to any visitors.

We didn't realise until we got there that the hostel was a few minutes walk from the hotel itself. The facilities we had, such as the lack of internet and entertainment were limited in the hostel, whereas the hotel had the bar etc. Although the second night we had a good night's sleep, the first night we awoke at 5am to drunk guys shouting outside our room for almost an hour.

Pretty cool hostel, but there's no air conditioning, at least not in my room. This was pretty tough for me as it was quite warm in Vienna at the time I was there. But air conditioning aside, this hostel is nice. Not many travelers hang around together in the hostel, but one can always make friends with roommates.

A lift be the icing the cake

Well located, clean, good staff, big kitchen, storage room to let your luggage. Very convenient. I recommend it!
