It is closed to westbanhof which is very good to go anywhere around the city even to other countries. The hostel is clean but very small. The staff are very friendly.

We had a twin bed room. The hostel was fine. Beds were larger than in some 5 stars hotels. There were only two inconvenient things: no WI-Fi in the room (we were aware of it before our trip, of course) and there was no shower holder on a wall in the shower cabin.

Lovely staff, comfy beds, brilliant communal kitchen but theres a compromise in the bathrooms, not the nicest but they work. We were in the other building which is a minutes walk from the main building, wasnt sure about this at first but it turned out to be fine, would stay again.

Surprised that dorm rooms were another block away. Great value for money but noise travels at night.

Rooms are small but clean. Free computers and wifi in communal areas is very good. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Very close to Vienna's main transport hub - you can get anywhere with ease! Staff were very helpful with recommending things to do, places to visit, good food, etc.

It's a very clean hostel with friendly staff. You will reach public transport within 3 minutes, what makes it very easy to get into town. We just misses a special hostel character and the atmosphere. For another stay in Vienna the Do Step Inn would be an idea again.

The staff were very nice and everything was excellent until the moment I came back late at night to collect my luggage from the common storage room... Nobody had told me this is not possible during night time, nor that I should have taken it to my room when checking in (I arrived before check-in time). So they asked me for 10EUR to open the room (even gave me a discount on the normal price - 20 EUR). So we had an argument, I took my luggage and left for the Airport...

That was the best hostel that I had been to. It has very nice rooms, clean. The place is 3 minutes from main train station, but I did not hear a single train. Not to mention, that public kitchen is really good and clean! Definetly recommend!

Would highly recommend this hostel! The rooms is really good, the kitchen was really big and clean, and had everything we need to cook good meals. The staff is helpful. The location is a little bit away from the city center, but close to a main metro station, so no big problems at all there. Good value for the money!

We stayed there in a 3 private bedroom, it had everything included! we appreciated the cleanliness in our bedroom and toilet. We had a problem with our bathroom and the hostel's staff was really helpful and effective at fixing it. The only thing that bothered us were the thin walls, we could listen to our neighbor's snores! But appart of that is totally recommended.
