Everything was quite reasonable. Not much more to say.
This hostel was pretty good. It was quite far from the main town which was about a 30 minute walk. The staff were nice and the room was really nice as well. The wifi wasn't great. The kitchen was really big an they had a nice area outside to sit. Overall this was a dcent stay. Nothing wrong nothing great
Nice place, a few steps away from Westbahnhof and Stadthalle. The staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the bed was good, too. It wasn't noisy or hot, I had a good sleep. The only thing I didn't like is that you can go up to the rooms without being controlled by the hostel staff at the reception.

A good place to stay, close to west railway station with large city complex, where you can find everything you need, and of course, easy way to access to all transportations. However some guests are not following the "no noise after 10pm" rule... hope hostel could strengthen this rule.
Part of a hotel, so no real common area to hang out in except the kitchen. Are not given any perks like free tea/coffee or lock rental. Free towels and linen though.
Very far from the city center but very close to the train station--the quality of location depends on what you prioritize. This was a very clean hostel--the kitchen, rooms, washrooms were all super clean. It has a bar and a breakfast area so the space is present for socializing but as it is mostly families and older couples here it can be difficult for young travelers to meet. When I was there there were many other 20-somethings and we had a great time drinking and socializing. Very good!
bad start when the hostel booked us in for the wrong month, however a great location and good hostel for meeting people
On the day of check-in was given room s1 and bed4 but bed4 is occupied so walk back to hotel reception and rearrange to have bed2 told reception to adjust record accordingly. Next day after sightseeing came back and found that all belongings were removed from the room, have to walk to the hotel reception again after sort things out were told that the cleaning lady got wrong record.
The twin rooms are lovely and spacious, but rooms with four beds are very cramped. Nicely decorated but more aircon than a fan would have been great in the summer heat! Staff were very friendly, however, and overall the experience was good.
Perfect location next to Westbahnhof- the main train station and all connectig metro lines that can take you to any major part of the city in 10-15 minutes. Vienna has the best metro system I've ever seen it's extremely easy to navigate. This hostel lacks the social atmosphere of others but is very nice and a great place to stay!
The location is very bad although near a metro ( but the metro is very expensive in this city). The staff is polite but does not really care about you. It does the "strict minimum". The price of the room is so low because everything else in the hotel as to be paid for: billard, babyfoot, ect ect. The atmosphere was not good, nobody talk to each other in the free kitchen and our stuff were stolen several times in the fridge of the hotel.
Felt like a hotel. - the rooms were really nice. Close to the train station so very convenient. A bit away from center city. Service wasn't bad. Look for the sign that days hotel and hostel. I would recommend this place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought all staff members were very polite. The hostel has a kitchen provided which we only realised on the day of departure, which was a shame. The security is really good as you can lock your belongings in your room during the day and if you need somewhere to store it, they have a room for bags. The Hostel is close to the metro station which is useful for hopping on and off for day trips.
I stayed in room 5, and despite there being signs in the courtyard saying 'quiet after 10pm', I was kept awake by very loud people outside and it was too hot to close the windows so I just had to put up with it. It would have been nice if the staff had enforced this rule, as it was a large group of people and intimidating for me to challenge them to be quiet. Also, I feel that one shower and toilet is not enough for 8 people, and the addition of communal showers would be beneficial for all.
liked accomodation diliked the mean spirit of staff member who switched off world cup soccer semi final when game had to play extra time..this was important to viewing guests and to be told to go and find some sportsbar late at night was very very rude....it was a one in four year event after all.....disgusting manners of male staff member with spectacles.... will advise freinds of attitude....
Brand new, modern rooms and bathrooms (one of the first nice showers we had on our trip!). We were only in Vienna for 26 hours but we had a good stay and the breakfast was yummy - well worth paying extra.
Everything's just perfect. Great location, full kitchen facilities, cleanliness
