For the price you won't find any better. Everything was clean, iit was very close to the main square and the rooms were alright.

The rooms are puny, to the extent that the occupants couldn't even have a proper walkway after placing their luggage on the floor. Rooms that are underground are right beside the pedestrian pavement, one can hear the loud noises outside. The lockers in the room requires the bigger locks with larger hooks, which is highly inconvenient for travellers packing light. However, the location is good as it is 3 minutes away from Wien Westbhanhof; one of the main train stations accompanied by a metro.

Good all round experience. Only little annoyance was the motion activated lights which left you in darkness waving your arms trying to get them to come on again.

Great little hostel in a good location! Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and secure. We had 8 plug points in a room of 6 - very helpful! Overall great value for money, although not the best place for meeting people.

Great hostel - very clean and friendly! The kitchen is incredible, and also very clean! It's quite quiet, and a little way out of the centre of vienna, but you are really close to the westbanhof so getting trains into the city is easy! If you are looking for somewhere to sleep comfortably with a lovely friendly atmosphere - this is the place.

We were four persons and had booked a 5 beds room. When we arrived our room was occupied and we were placed to a 6 beds room. For the staff it was an "upgrade" because we had a private toilet. But it was very small for 4 persons and noisy! We used the common toilets anyway. The thing I complain is: if they had my mobile number, why didn't they advise us about the change? It's a matter of principle: an "upgrade" can be also perceived as a "downgrade" sometimes... All the rest was ok!

lockers didn't work, and couldn't pay on card when checking out, but aside from that ok hostel to stay at.

Came here as a solo traveller and stayed in a private room. Conveniently close to Westbanhof but about a 20-25 minutes walk away from inner city. Pricey but comfortable and clean. It would appear that all rooms are private so it's difficult to socialise and therefore atmosphere wasn't that great. If you're looking for a quiet, no-frills stay then this does the job.

The hostel is right next to the train station where you can also catch the subway. Very convenient. The hostel wasn't a great spot for meeting new people for solo travellers. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathrooms never had any paper towels to wipe your hands after washing them. Cheap place, if you can afford it go somewhere else.

pros: helpful staff, clean, nice beds, kitchen, convenient location if you arrive by train cons: not enough chairs and tables in the sitting area in/around the kitchen, and the bikes for rent are not worth the money, better get a free bike at the station.

Only stayed one night but it was good. Definitely bring ear plugs as great location is a trade off for more noise. Staff were very pleasant :)

Good cheap hostel right by the train station with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed in a 4 bed room so had it to ourselves. It was great, clean, secure and had WiFi in rooms. The only niggle is that the information book said it was €12 for 3kg of washing and when I asked at reception the guy told me 5kg, so we took down a bag of washing but he said it was too much and it needed to fit in a laundry basket. We put it all in the basket (taking some things out) and took it back and he said we could only fill the basket to a certain point! Definitely not 3kg!

Excellant location! Helpful staffs but it is always busy at the reception. Love the facilities provided

Nice hostel, only remark: the light in the private bathroom switched off quite often and you had to get out of the shower to switch it on.

The power went off while we were cooking in the kitchen, we had to walk over to the hotle part since there is no staff in the hostel building to get it fixed

nice hostel, but there was no one around when we tried to leave our luggage in the morning, despite the fact that it said the reception was open. friendly staff and a good size room.

A few minutes away from the Westbahnhof made it great for getting to, and then only a fifteen minute walk into the old Historic city centre from there. The rooms were wonderful and clean, although the motion sensor light in the bathroom tended to shut off while you were showering. Also, no air conditioning but at least they put a fan in your room. Very nice overall.
