The hostel was very clean and there was a big fully equiped kitchen. The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable however. Not too far from the palace.

A short walk to Westbahnhof which is awesome, but you have to take public transport to everywhere else. The 2.20 euro breakfast was not worth it, and you have to pay 1 euro for a pot of coffee (many hostels provide free tea and coffee). The atmosphere is like that of a decent hotel. Free wifi, but only in the lobby, not in the dorms. The shower had no fixture to hang the shower head, so you have to hold the shower head with one hand if you want a shower. Everything newly renovated and very clean

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. A nice big kitchen. But the walls are like paper and the doors keep terrible noise when you close them. So you can hear everything loud and clear, that\'s a bit disturbing especially during the night.

We booked a hostel room for 2 people, but the hostel was overbooked, so we got a hotel room for the same price. It was great! Do step Inn was very easy to find and the staff was friendly. Nice place!

We spent one night with my mom. We stayed in the hotel room but used hostel kitchen for breakfast. The location is perfect, couple of mins from the Westbahnhof. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are extremely clean. For the money paid we got more than expected. Definitely recommend both for youth and family type trips.

Good hostel, nice staff, we enjoyed. We stayed in a 6 beds room, I have to say the beds could be a little bit more comfortable, but in general everything was as expected.

Check-in was very slow, rooms where okay, location ok, but no atmosphere at all.

Location is not in the center of the city as reported. The room I was staying in was big and clean, my friends' room however, not. Their beds were not clean, and the room had disgusting smell. There is no kitchen in hostel. It takes you forever to check-in. The personel is slow.

We only stayed at the Do step in for night so it was a quick trip but a good one. Only complaint was that check in seemed to take a long time. There was often a line of people at reception. Though the complimentary glass of wine at check in was good and a nice touch.

Really helpful staff! They gave us lots of advice and the directions to the most important monuments in Vienna. The hostel is really clean and comfortable, and all the furniture is new. They offer you the possibility to have breakfast for three or four euros. Please mind that the hostel isn't located in the center of the city, but it's close to Westbahnhof (main train and underground station) and within walking distance from the Schönbrunn palace and gardens.

Very nice, very clean. Excellent helpful staff, free wi-fi, water, bring your padlock to leave your luggage in the luggage room. Nice, near Westbahnhof, just at the begiing of Mariahilfenstrasse.

Great hostel for the budget-wise traveler. The rooms are a little small but clean and comfortable. The showers are great and I never had to wait. This is a great location for arrival or departure from Vienna being so close to the main station. The wifi was good and the kitchen OK for everything I needed. The security is good, but the lockers require a specific type of lock that you may have to buy at the desk. The hostel is in a separate building so you dont have staff always around. GREAT!

I stayed in the hotel part of DoStepInn. Everything about it is great, but a lift would be useful - carrying heavy suitcases upstairs to the rooms and downstairs to the luggage storage is quite difficult.

Great hostel. The staff were nice, it was a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were quite small, but there was a great common area so we didn't spend much time in the rooms anyway. It was also great that there was a kitchen and nearby grocery store - I'm sure we saved a lot of money by cooking for ourselves.

The room we stayed in was cave-like and very damp. It was newly renovated but I don't know if there was any ventilation in the room aside from one tiny window. Also, we stayed in the hotel portion and didn't have access to the kitchen as we thought we would have. Overall it wasn't the greatest hostel but not the worst.

The hostel building has everything expected. The rooms are comfortable, and you have lockers in your room to use for free. The only thing we dind't like is that if you get one of the S-rooms that are downstairs where the kitchen is, you only have one bathroom to share with the other dorms of the floor and everybody using the kitchen and lounging area. Nevertheless, excellent value for money.

The staff were friendly and it was very central to the main train station which made it easy to get around. The room itself was big enough to sleep in for our three nights in Vienna and on arrival were were offered a map and a free glass of wine which was nice. The only issue with our room was that a bright light kept coming on in the middle of the night outside our window. It would have also been nice if the shower head was on a fitting as it was just handheld. Good value for money.
