the location was great , cleanliness was excellent , staff were ok , however the room was very small. though it was ok .

It was awesome. Clean and neat. And the staffs are very friendly, offering a small christmas corner in their small garden. :)) The orangepunsch is great! homemade! :D worth to for a stay!

Clean, simple rooms. Enough space for bags and separate lockers (5 euro for a lock for it). The staff were helpful and friendly and we got a welcome glass of wine! A big kitchen/dining area with wifi. The heating worked very well - actually had to turn it down. Stairs up to the room. Close to the main train station, and trams, and walking distance from the main street. It was good for a few nights stay, not really a place to "hang out"- but reasonably priced, and good facilities, maps and info.

Everything was just perfect!

We enjoyed the stay at the hostel. It was very clean, well located and the staff was very helpful.Therer is a well equiped kitchen so you can use it and prepare some meal if you wish to. I definitely will use it again for a short stay in Vienna.

Do Step Inn was an amazing hostel because the staff were very helpful and even though the location was not in central Vienna, it was around the corner from the biggest underground station in Vienna, with a shopping mall are and great places to eat and helped us see more of Vienna than just downtown.

We really enjoyed the stay, the rooms were quiet and clean, the staff very friendly (with a welcome glass of homemade wine) and easy going, location excellent. I will definitely recommend to friends.

Luckily we were in the main building. The room wasn't big, but enough for our plans, as we spent most of the time visiting.. The guest kitchen is definitely a plus. (Although I can imagine it can get crowded during a more touristic part of the year.) But definitely a good choice to stay here. The location is nice next to the station and close to the subway. (A little walk if you want to go to the very center on foot, but as a several day pass for public transport can be a good idea anyway...)

This hostel puts every other hostel I've stayed in to shame! It was immaculate, with plenty of space and the staff were very friendly. Only thing to note if you are thinking of staying here, is that the free towels available to guests are the size of postage stamps, and if you have long hair you would want to consider bringing an additional one (I did not ask for an additional one so I do not know if they were available, I just made do). Not a complaint, just something to be aware of!

Very clean hostel, nice and very helpful stuff. Definitely recomended.

This hostel was right by our train station and had free wifi, but other than that, we didn't like it here at all. The window shades were broken, so I had to hang up a sheet for any privacy. The bedding was damp and the whole building smelled terrible. The walls were a hideously bright yellow, which added to the overall negative feel. The bathroom was situated in the middle of everything with only one shower, toilet, and sink... all with signs that said "Use at your own risk."

This is my second stay at Do Step Inn as I like it so much. Excellent location, cheap and more like a hotel. Very friendly staff.

the room was a little small for three people, but other than that everything was great. liked the location close to the train/subway stations and within walking distance to both schonbruun and the inner city :)

Great hostel which is more like a hotel. Extremely clean and get a good comfy nights sleep for a cheap price. Go for it.

Clean, Calm, Few steps from Metro and Train Station. Some rooms are in an other building. Exellent if you need a rest after your big day. No breakfast... But a clean kitchen!

Hostel is close to westbahnhoff, but one block away from the reception. Very quiet and clean. Good place if you just want to crash and be close to train station
