The location is extremely good which is near to the train station. The staff is good and the bathroom is clean. We would strongly recommend this hostel.

Good stay but recommend getting some new pillows! Kitchen was great, well stocked and location was good so finding your way around was simple.

This is the best hostel where I had stayed in Europe.

Hostel staff were great and location was excellent. But would've been better if there were lockers in dorms.

Excellent hostel in design and character of staff. Only issue was the missing food when placed in the fridge in the kitchen.

Quite near to Vienna Westbahnhof. If coming from UBahn,go to main Wbf station and then upstairs to the 1st floor. There you will see signs for the street where the Do Step Inn is situated. On 1st arrival you get given a free glass of wine! Clean rooms but ask for one away from the main street - so much weekday traffic noise and CO!

The hostel's great, but it'll be greater if you have a multi-bed room for female (as a single girl it felt a bit strange to stay with 5 guys....)

Minuspunkte: durchgelegene Matratze, keine Mülltrennung, hellhörig, beworbenes W-Lan funktionierte nicht Mitarbeiter: sehr unterschiedlich, teilweise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, teilweise überfordert

Great hostel, very clean, organized, really recommend!

Do step inn was great!!! This was the very first hostel I have ever stayed in and I was blown away. They greeted us homemade wine and a map of the city. There were lockers inside the rooms, which was very comforting. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. Easy access to wifi and the transportation. My advice: stay here for a night or two.

Should be renamed as "Don't Step inn". The room i had (including all S1-S5) was next to the main street and crazily noisy I could even heard every noise by high heels. The map was cheating as it only showed the reception but not the main building which was 2 blocks away. The facilities were old in the building and inadequate. Staff were nice but as there were not enough people they couldn't provide help proactively.

We enjoyed stays at Do Step In, as it is fair price and great location from where you can go anywhere by underground which is 3minutes by walk from hostel. Great hostel for few nights in Vienna :-) Thank you ;-)

Really great hostel - afordable and modern look. Maybe a little improvement - free tea bags to cook a cup of tea would be great in shared kitchen :-)

Near from Westbanhof station, a nice hostel with helpful staff. The dorms were ok, the bunk beds were a bit noisy. There is a common kitchen, and free internet, and lot of people coming around and by.

A cute hostel with a very nice and helpful staff. Close to Westbahnhof (about 5 minutes on foot). I was in a 6-bed dorm and it was extremely convenient to have both a bathroom/toilet in the room or use a common one in the hall. All in all, I greatly enjoyed my stay.

Very pleasant experience and enjoyable stay, hostel itself is walking distance from one of the major touristic spots in Vienna, rooms were very clean with everyday visit of house keeping, common areas were kept clean as well and considering that this was our first stay in hostel ever, very satisfied :)
