The hostel is clean and quiet! Definitely a good place to stay in and worth the money!!! You can find all you need in the shared kitchen. Unsure what to do, simply approach the friendly staff and they are always ready to help you. Besides the staff there I think the next good point are also the guests who are staying there, cause of everyone's effort in keeping the place quiet and clean!

Upon arriving, we were informed that our hostel room was not ready and we would be upgraded to one of Do Step Inn's hotel rooms. Whilst this was a nice surprise, aside from the en suite bathroom, this really wasn't very apparent. However, it was clean, and the staff were really helpful - even if the other guests were rather more antisocial than the guests as other hostels we visited on our trip.

Best Hostel i have seen so far! The staff is very friendly, there are free internet and luggage rooms and additional toilets and showers available, the location is very near to westbahnhof. The rooms are big and abolutely clean, you get towels and bedcovers for free. If i would want to stay in Vienna, i would definitly choose Do Step Inn again. If your staying there, dont forget to ask the staff for tips about eating, nightlife, sightsseing etc, their advises had been excellent for us!

Excellent place if you want to be close to the train station. Nice 5 bed dorm which for my one night was perfect for sleep...quiet. One problem, lockers with no lock other than one you can bring (I would have if I had known) or buy for 5 euro is a cheap grift. How about getting some locks which you can take a deposit on and loan them to your guests because selling them for 5 euro is a bad way of making a few extra bucks.

Great place to stay, but definitely a do it yourself. You'll meet people in the kitchen and common areas, but you'll need to work a lot more at making connections than at normal hostels. This was a nice, quiet place to sleep, so I'll happily recommend it!

Excellent value for money! Very clean; its not really close to the city centre but its 5 min walking to the underground... The unique thing i didn't like was because my room was near to the street (the firs one), and was quite hard to sleep!!

It was great time that we`ve spent in "Do step inn". Location and stuff were really excelent. But when we moved to another room (from dorm to twin) we found that it was dust (a lot of!) under beds!

Its actually a great place to stay- very clean, comfortable and near the underground. The rating given is lower than I wouldve expected, but its more of a hotel. You can still meet people in the kitchen area, which is quite spacious. There is really nothing to complain about (as everything is new), other than the lack of toilets. I would recommend it nonetheless

It was a very clean hostel, however not very cozy. I think it might have been too big. Staff was helpful, but not necessarily friendly. It seems more like a hotel than a hostel in that it doesn't leave much room for meeting new people. Good lockers, although I had to buy one of their locks (for five euro!) as mine just happened to be too small. Location was right next to a metro and train station.
