Had a shared accomodation on the 4th floor; Not that easy to reach with suitcase by the stairs. I was sleeping on the upper bed, but there were no stairs to get there. So difficult to get in and out the bed. I was aswel sleeping with people who stayed there for a long time (I guess) so there was not much space to put my suitcase if 5 people already took all the space. Bathrooms could be a little bit more hygienic. But personel was really great and really friendly

Dolphin Inn is located near London Paddington and it is its main advantage. Other factors are worse. For example, since in my room I had a very weak wi-fi signal, I had no access to internet in fact (going downstairs up to the basement as the hotel staff members suggested does not satisfy me). I think also that in each room should be something to sit down (e.g. a chair or a stool). Summarizing: hotel in a very good place with rather low ratio quality/price.

I stayed in 4th floor without lift. It would be more convenient if there is a lobby and storage space on the ground floor.

Never stay in this hostel. When i arrived there the hostel was in the middle of some constructions work, but this wasn't the problem. The problem was when i came back from my night out to my room and didnt have a duvet or any sheets in my bed and i went to the reception calm to ask one and the only staff that was working made me wait for more then half hour!! And when he finally got me a duvet, wasnt a clean one. When i tried to make a complain in the next morning the staff was rude as well.
