I had a wonderful stay and would certainly return.The only downside is the 'peep show' sign at the entrance but the location is perfect for travel,right next to the train station and bus and tram stops and just a few minutes walk to most locations in the city.You are minutes away from the main shopping centre and local market. I was made to feel at home and I would certainly reccommend it to all travellers It only cost 12 sloty [3 euros] to the airport by train

Got there at midnight, only stayed for a night. Great location, minutes from train&bus stations. Walls are thin and the place looked like someone's apartment/home. I would stay there only to sleep.

Home away from home.....;-)) I'll be return to Dom Otwarty " DEFINITELY.....Gosia- Owner and manager - is full of charming warmth and sooo professional;-)She is so friendly and open minded person...The hostel is full of old fashion style...history of Krakow and lovely details straight from Art Noveau ;-))) It was a great time in Krakow and in Dom Otwarty ;-)) Bosjka Bojarska , Ardee Ireland

Had a very nice time in dom otwarty, really friendly atmosphere, gently staff, very well located, easy to find, near central station and 5 min from main square of old town. recommended
