Good hostel and very well thought out hostel dorms. Each bed has its own locker, night light and 2 plugs. Good bathroom facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast is good and runs late to suit the late risers. Possibly the only bad thing of note was that two German backpackers had their bags stolen - including their money and passports. Though they hadn't locked them away in the locker provided. Still this is a nice hostel located in a good party area of Santiago.

Nice hostel with comfortable rooms and good kitchen and bathrooms. Great location in Bellavista ... but far enough away from the noisy bars.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location in the heart of Bellavista is unbeatable- a street to great pubs, bars etc. The hostel is really cute with a eco/modern theme in an old house. On-site bar and kitchen.

Some of the staff is less than helpful and often gives any help with a smirk. Also the location is so loud you practically sleep in a club.

The hostel is in a great location. The layout in the dorms feels like you have a private room with reading light, storage space and spacious locker. Highly recommend.

advantage: quit area, good staff who knows good english, the rooms are designed so that even in 8 persons dorm you have your own privacy, lockers above the beds. disadvantage: dont have loundry service, far away from supermarket and loundry, far away from the center (20 min walk)

We loved our few days here. The private space around the beds in the dorms is cool, comfy beds too. Staff are cool and there is a very good kitchen too. Even booked another night for when we return to Santiago

The staff needs to get stricter with the guests that party and cook WITHOUT cleaning up. It is disgusting and not fair to the people that work there or the guests that respect other peoples property.

We, Lourdes and I, Pedro, stayed at Dominica Hostel in Santiago, Chile twice. The first time, we got there for 4 nights in the end of November 2011. Then we got back there in the beginning of December for 2 nights. We decided to return there and conclude our trip in Chile because all the events and moments we spent at Dominica Hostel at the first time were very pleasant and nice. All the staff deserves grade A+! The hostel is very charming, We recommend! HostelWorld.com is A+ too.
