Cons, staff are poorly trained. One staff member let her friends in to party with her, and that evening a day pack full of valuables was stolen. As well as food. She neglected her job and guests were left waiting outside while she partied and smoked dope with her friends. The hostel had a bad smell about it. I was assigned a bed, then found somebody else sleeping in it! New bed was fine, but locker didn't work. Breakfast is never on time. Shower may be hot, probably not. General bad attitude!

We had a great time, thank you!

We had a great one night stay while in transit. All of the staff we interacted with were kind and accommodating. They helped us arrange transportation to the airport early in the morning. This is one of the most well designed hostels we have ever stayed ay.

This was one of our favourite hostels in South America. The wooden decor made this place unique. The beds have a huge built in locker next to them and own plug sockets and lights. Duvets are big and comfy and the top built-in bunk beds mean you won't disturb the people below you. Location could not be better in best area of santiago with lots of bars and restaurants seconds away. You may want to bring earplugs however because of how close it is to bars. Bathroom and common area both really good.

One of my favorite hostels in all of Latin America! Perfect location and a beautiful building with all the amenities you need (great wifi, cable tv, full kitchen, comfortable beds, heat, hot water). They have 24hr reception and staff was always very willing to answer any questions that I had. A bonus is they have a bar in the basement and on Mondays even have free wine night for all the guests. All guests were very kind and often went out together to bars and restaurants --felt like a family!

Mi amigo got there and was almost molested by the staff, he kept on offering her a Ma ssage at five in the morning, whilst using google translate and showing her the screen she couldn't also keep her bag with her, had to keep it downstairs and not in her room, then he tried to charge us more than what we had already paid for That is all, very good carry on

Overall nice and clean and with a good location. We booked a double private room with ensuite but were given a room with a double bed, two bunk beds in it and no ensuite. Apparently these private rooms are still under construction, not sure why they are being sold online... so they gave us a 15% discount. Also next to a few nightclubs and is noisy. I've stayed in two other hostels in Santiago and while this one is not the worst, it's definitely not the best either.

Very clean hostel. The bunk beds itself were interesting and each had sockets which is always a plus. Nice kitchen and common areas. Close to a ton of bars and clubs. Walking to the subway took about 10 minutes. Highly recommend

Great place. 10 or so minute walk from metro. Great location for food and party. Right near the zoo/funicular up the mountain (must do at sunset but catch the last one back down as the walk is ridiculously long!) Staff speak little English, but they try and they create an amazing atmosphere. Everything was very clean, especially showers. Great area downstairs with bar at night and chill out movie room.

Very nice hostel in a great location. The facilities and wifi were good as too was breakfast. Would recommend, especially if you want to experience Santiago nightlife as it's so close to the main bars...

This is my favorite hostel so far in my South American backpacking journey. Really clean, very beautiful aesthetic, close to everything. I had a private room with my bud which was very nice, totally worth the price. The dorms looked really cool too, if we had wanted that. Breakfast could be better, but otherwise awesome!
