Everything was really nice, especially the 8 person dorms upstairs, my only complaints would be that there was never toilet paper in the bathrooms or soap at the sinks and that I asked to extend my stay and then they forgot so I had to move to another hostel last minute which was kind of a hassle. Besides that, it was really nice!

Really enjoyed our stay here, rooms were nice, bathrooms were good, wifi awesome! Breakfast pretty average and the lady serving breakfast was incredibly rude but other than that it was really cool!! Yummy restaurant next door and located right in the heart of it all!

Great hostel

Great WiFi, powerful hot showers, great location right next to Bella Vista bars and bottom of Cerro San Cristobal. Male toilets could be cleaner / not blocked. Staff could speak better English, cleaning lady could be friendlier and not so rude.

Everythng was better than average. But the location is just soso. It takes 10?15?min on foot to get to the metro. Would recommend it!

Quite a noisy place at a very busy street and right next to the party scene. We heard the disco music and party crowd basically all night long.

One of the best hostels I have been so far.

Everything you need, is at the Dominica. It's close to the San cristobal hill which is a must.

Loved this hostel! Positives: amazing wifi, cosy, clean, great kitchen and common area negatives: difficult to climb on to too bunk as no ladder or railings so felt like might fall out at times!! Would highly recommend though 👍

This was the best hostel I've ever stayed in! It has a really good location, everything is so close. It's really clean, and the atmosphere is awesome. The whole hostel is made of wood and it's really pretty. For that it's really cheap! All the other hostels in Bellavista are more expensive. The showers are hot and have good power! The staff was great! They helped me a lot and gave me a lot of recommendations. Furthermore you notice that they want to make you happy that you feel comfortable.

My room was faced to the front of the hostel, and it was extremely noisy. As if it was not enough listening all the people coming in and out talking, at my last day the cleaning lady of the hostel sat by my window and started to sing very loud . An employee warned her that were people sleeping and she clearly replied she didn't care. I never saw such disrespect as that The others employees were very helpful, nice and polite bathrooms shut for cleaning from 9 to 10am everyday

When you book a private room, ask for a room with window.A pity that they made of this space an extra room.

This hostel was OK, but I would not recommend for couples. The private room was facing the street and was loud with music until late at night. The dorms in the front looked nice and had been recently renovated. Hostel seemed full when I was there, but not much of a vibe, as there is not really a place where people can sit and chat. Also, most disappointing was that they include a picture of Foosball, but do not have it on site. Recommended for single travelers, but not the private room.

This was a really great hostel. It was convienently located acrosse the street from Cerro Cristobal, one of the cities main attractions, and is only two blocks from a row of bars in Barrio Bellavista, a popular night and eating area. The hostel is a short walk from the metro, around 8 minutes, and also has a pizza parlor attached - a nice touch. The hostel is really modern with a bohemian feel. It is really safe, with lockers and a buzzer door system. Really clean, really comfortable. Reccomend!

I stayed here twice, would recommend. Surrounded by bars, the manager is very friendly and helpful, very well priced.

Cons, staff are poorly trained. One staff member let her friends in to party with her, and that evening a day pack full of valuables was stolen. As well as food. She neglected her job and guests were left waiting outside while she partied and smoked dope with her friends. The hostel had a bad smell about it. I was assigned a bed, then found somebody else sleeping in it! New bed was fine, but locker didn't work. Breakfast is never on time. Shower may be hot, probably not. General bad attitude!
